あまり値段が変わらないのであればホテルの方が良かったかなと思った。

ロケーションのみブイビエン通りまでグラブ車でアクセス５分ほどグラブのピックアップポイントがエントランスを出てすぐ。一階にコンビニと小さいスーパーがある

事前にチェックインより早くホテルに着くから荷物を預かってほしいと伝え、了承を得ていたが、エントランスで40分待たされる。その後チェックインは14:00からとのことで、15:00にホテルに戻るとポストに入れておくと言っていたカギもなく部屋に入れない。やっと連絡がつくとまだ掃除中との事。掃除は16:00までかかり、非常に不便だった。その後、その補償としてこちらからの交渉によりチェックアウト時刻限を１時間伸ばしてもらいました。連絡は基本的にLINEで、翻訳アプリを入れてグループチャットを組んでくれました。タオルは1人１枚バスタオルのみ。ハンドタオルやバスマットは無し。４泊で１回のみの交換との事(こちらから連絡する必要がある)。追加金でタオル交換するとの事だったが、金額を明示されなかったのでしませんでした。タオル交換を希望した時に、4人で宿泊なのにタオルを２枚だけ持ってくる。翻訳アプリの誤差でa towelとなってしまったので、少しだけ致し方ないかなと思う気持ちもあるが、そもそも4人の宿泊なので。そのタオルを部屋で待つ必要もある事が地味にストレス。 15階のお部屋でしたが、毎日小さいゴキブリが何度も出る。洗濯機があるとのことで選びましたが、洗濯機が汚い。洗剤を買ってきて洗濯したら、ほこりまみれになった。洗濯機のほこり受けを掃除した。ヘドロまみれだった。宿泊代の決済はお互いの予定を合わせて会う必要があります。今から決済しようとの事で、10分以内にエントランスに行くと伝えると早く来いと催促される。ビザ、マスターだと3%、アメックスだと4%の手数料がかかると言われる。何故かと問うと、当社規定だとのこと。その旨、明記が無かった。ホテル内の施設、プールなどの説明は一切されなかった。自分たちで調べに行く必要がある。ちなみに私が聞いた時はプールは6:00〜21:00とのこと。プールは浅瀬もあり、横に小さいプレイグランドがあり、小さい子供が遊べる。

Nice but feel a little scammed

The view of the city and the pool, access to tv, good location to district 1 city for the price

Does not sleep the amount it stated, we booked for 8, only comfortably sleeps 6 because there are 3 double beds, an extra double mattress that was thin and went on the floor was brought in instead

Booked last minute after original accommodation fell through - luck it did! Place was lovely

7-11 downstairs made it super easy to grab food for the kids. For the adults I went around the corner for a plethora of street food. Aircon was nice and cool after a long hot day out. Hosts were responsive

More cutlery was needed, would've liked at least one fork for the kids. Lifts were often slow (2 running out of 3) and couldn't always get into a lift. Laundry was left to dry by the cleaners, so couldn't do our laundry when we arrived.

Nice spacious apartment. Easy access around town

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment which served well for 4A and 3C. Newly renovated. Easy drop off and pick up with Grab. Management was very responsive

There were 3 lifts, but one was often out of action, leaving 2 lifts - had to wait for a long time for the lifts. Upon arrival, owners had left laundry hanging (sheets, etc) from the previous stay to dry - which meant we couldn't do our laundry straight away.
