In the inviting main open living area there are 2 sofas and a chair to kick back in to watch your favorite shows on the big screen smart TV. In the breakfast nook the table seats 8, and another 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen is well equipped allowing you to make full meals. In the kitchen is a crock-pot that switches to warm when done cooking so while you're at the beach your meal can cook, and don't worry about rushing back to turn it off so it won't over cook, it automatically turns to warm. until you turn it off. Time to enjoy time away from the house outside. Enjoy Large community pool in the Emerald Waters Village neighborhood, head down taking the private neighborhood walkway with a deeded beach gate access and enjoy the private deeded beautiful sandy beaches on the Emerald Coast overlooking the gulf's blue turquoise waters and drink up the sun. If you choose to go to the beach you can use the wagon and take the provided beach toys, chairs and umbrellas with you. Don't want to carry them? Well don't!
