About this house rental
Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $292 per night is a great choice for your next break. Views of the ocean and of Banks Channel mean you can watch both sunrise and sunset from this 3 level home with elevator. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** The location of Taylor House couldn’t be more perfect: walking distance to Oceanic Restaurant and the Crystal Pier, yet close to the mid-island shops and restaurants. This home is on a one-lane road with limited traffic, and sports a private path to the beach, outdoor shower, and a secluded covered outdoor entertainment area. Parking instructions: There are two parking pots in the front of the house and one parking space behind the house under the back deck. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Everything about the property was exceptional. The bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, porches are great, AC works well, plenty of hot water, nice outdoor shower for rinsing off, short and easy walk to the beach. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Check-in and out was a breeze. If this property is available just book it!

The house had plenty of room and beds for our group. Location was great, an easy walk to the beach and plenty of chairs and bikes etc to help enjoy beach time. The down side was when we stayed inside. The furniture and the bed we stayed on (king size bed - floor 2) were terribly uncomfortable. There was no where inside to sit and be comfortable. An upgrade on living room furniture and at least the king mattress would make this a 5 star place.

We have stayed at many rentals in Wrightsville over the years and this was bye far the best house we have stayed at. Super clean , great location being able to walk to the beach with your own access and close to the Crystal Pier made it ideal. Will definitely be coming back to the Taylor House !

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful and right near the pier that does live music on Thursday’s. They had literally every amenity you could think of in the kitchen (besides a pizza cutter lol) which was great cause we cooked every meal. Very close to bars/shops in Wrightsville. Elevator was awesome for bringing luggage up and down. 3rd floor story bed was a little uncomfortable but we’re used to a temper pedic bed at home. The deck looking over the sound was awesome, wish it was a little bigger but still great. There is no shortage of seating throughout the place either (seriously there are chairs everywhere haha!) . Over all Nice & quiet and very relaxing stay!

This fit 8 of us comfortably. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Good location. The house offered plenty of amenities, beach towels, beach chairs… they offered bicycles:2 adult & 2 child’s. The adult bikes were in bad condition, the chains were all rusty and the women’s bike was almost too dangerous to ride as the front end was bent. Overall it’s a great house for the value!

We loved staying at Taylor House!! There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The multiple decks were great for enjoying morning coffee, evening sunsets, and late night games. The covered deck area was a bonus for our one rainy afternoon. We loved that the dining room table fit all of us comfortably. Having a grill made for yummy summertime dinners. So many fun family memories were made this week! The cleanliness of the property, having the beds made when we walked in, having beach bikes available, providing towels and beach towels, and the private path to the ocean made this truly a dream vacation in Wrightsville!! This house was the most well-equipped house I think I’ve ever stayed in at WB. From a traditional coffee maker to a keurig, to a crock pot (we had brought our own and didn’t need) to bikes, beach chairs, bath towels, and beach towels...there was nothing we didn’t need. I had previously stayed in another company’s rental over Memorial Day, and we had to go out and purchase pans to make dinner because there had been nothing! Sheets were even put on beds here! It was lovely and having things provided made for such an easy stay. I have worked with many other rental companies, and I will always use Seascape from now on if at all possible! We had views of the Intracoastal as well as of the ocean. I would definitely rent here again. BTW...I was not paid for this review! :) New furniture in living area and white paint in living and kitchen would go a long way. House is “attached” to a house in front which is oceanfront but it was not a problem.

Several decks provide a view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the breeze across the top floor made every moment feel like a day at the beach. Kitchen is very well appointed.
