Direct Gulf front to Intracoastal Waterway, this condo has balconies on both sides with great views. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect accommodation for making vacation memories that last! The master bedroom is Gulf front with a sliding glass door to your private balcony. A spacious master bedroom with a King sleep number bed, TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom provides a comfy way to end the day. The master bathroom has dual sinks, plenty of light and counter space, and a step-in shower to wash the day away. The kitchen and dining room offer views of the Gulf as well as options for seating, just right for dining and game night! Whether you are fixing a fancy meal or a picnic lunch, the full-size, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with all the comforts of home. Want to dine alfresco? The dining room has a sliding glass door to the private Gulf front balcony, watch amazing sunsets as you enjoy your evening meal or refreshments. The 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and also has a view with a balcony. The Intracoastal Waterway gives you access to beautiful sunrises and keeps an eye out for passing dolphins too. The freshly updated living room has a view of the Intracoastal as well, with a TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. This condo has an inside utility room with a washer/dryer and utility sink. FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE Long Distance to U.S. and Canada are also provided. Use the elevator or the back stairs to access the pool and beach area for a day of fun in the sun. West Coast Vista has a beach side heated pool with a nicely maintained deck and plenty of lounge chairs.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Process was easy. Condo was as described. Only complaint is that it isn't well marked and we did pass it after dark.
