We had originally reserved a different apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning there was broken, so we were reassigned. The apartment was excellent and also very clean. All amenities were provided, including a balcony with a sea view. We enjoyed our stay and will rent an apartment from The Property Shoppe again.

Th location is perfect!!!! Just steps from the balcony to the ocean. The condo was spacious and clean. The comminty is quiet and peaceful.

Great location, awesome views, clean property outside, good parking & a convenient semi private elevator. There were lots of towels and other linens. The kitchen appliances were clean and worked just fine, the beds were comfortable & AC worked great. There are 3 TV's but 2 are so small that they are unwatchable. The 2 sets of sliding doors to the beach side are very clunky and a challange to easily open/shut/lock. The balcony is not private, allowing constant visual, vocal & second hand smoking contact with the ajoining unit. This condo has a nice layout but is in need of TLC and a deep cleaning as well as updated living room furniture & removal of faded dusty fake plants. All rental instuctions were clear and easy to follow. The Seaside Property Shoppe was very good to work with.
