Unbeatable location right in centre yet quiet. 17th century feels ‘very Oxford’. Cosy and comfortable room with tea and coffee. Very kind and friendly staff. Good value breakfast.
Quite pricey but this is all of Oxford not this specific property

It's a really charming, characterful, old hotel, tucked away down a little alley/side-street. It has a small but sweet lounge. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful, to the extent of lending me an umbrella!
It's not the fault of the property, but the stairs up to my room were rather alarming. There was no shower as such in my room [but the bath was splendid].

It’s very central to where we wanted to be. The proprietors are friendly.
We’ve stayed here before (2yrs) back but felt this time the price-value lost its mark. Its lost its charm therefore. Also breakfast was ridiculously priced for what we got. Go into town and you’ll pay less for more and better quality. Really sorry because it’s a lovely location and house. It needs renovation.
