Location unbeatable for access by lift to central Oxford and very quiet and clean
Bathroom lock been and door wouldn’t close so not ideal for a shared basis twin and our blinds were broken

Excellent service and lovely staff. Due to illness and having recently been discharged from hospital, we needed to change hotels at short notice, as the one we were staying at was fully booked for the last night before our journey home. The George Street Hotel showed real understanding of our situation given the illness, and gave us an especially quiet and comfortable room. We were just so incredibly grateful for this wonderful service. The room was completely quiet, with excellent mattresses. One of the best places we stayed at on this tour around England.

Location was great and staff very nice, balcony in the room is pleasant but definitely not a 5 star hotel - ( 3 or 4 as much)
Old, very inconvenient entrance, not room service, no restaurant in the hotel, clean ok rooms but nothing fancy (not a 5 stars! )
