Location was close to the city centre.
Spacious rooms
Lovely ambience
Complimentary water
Parking was a bit expensive
No shower cap, ear buds etc. I understand sometimes it may seem wasteful to have in each room but I think a neat wooden box in the bathroom should be provided and if unused or needs topping upthe box is available to the next guest

Staff are exceptional at both the check and in to the restaurant.
Rooms were clean, amazing toiletries in the bathroom.
Nice tea/coffee/biscuits in the room.
Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Evening meal in the restaurant was to a very high standard.
Location to shopping centre very convenient with a lovely walk along the canal.
Car parking could be included for residents.
Take away cups for drinks at breakfast would be a nice touch to enable residents to take a coffee back to the room.

Exceptional staff, very keen to please, polite and attentive.
We had to switch rooms as the gutter was leaking above our bedroom causing a lot of noise as it rained a lot,

Location to Oxford city centre.
Room was a little tired even though it smelled of paint (or could have been interpreted as musty?). The room and bathroom were large but lacked an overall feel although it was billed as historic. The price could have been considered acceptable if the room had been up to scratch, but as it was it was overpriced and not helped by a £25 overnight parking charge.
