Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and bed was comfy.
No soap in shower and drinks were very expensive. Supplied crisps and popcorn in room but didn’t say how much so didn’t dare eat in case they were priced like the drinks 😂

It was in a perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast selection was great. A lovely cleaner on my floor took my main bag down one level on the morning I was leaving.
I didn’t like that the lift only went to level 2 and my room was on level 3! I didn’t feel safe on the entry steps when it was raining.

Easy location for walking around the city.
Thought it was not clean enough - common parts ok but WC area not clean enough. The windows in the room were dirty with spiders and cobwebs along window cills. Surfaces felt very sticky.
