Nestled in Bethany Beach, this lovely house for $285 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. DURING SUMMER, RENTALS ARE BY THE WEEK ONLY AND SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. You cannot beat the location! This single family home is clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen and located in the popular Canal neighborhood. It is on the bay side and is a short walk or bike to the beach and to downtown! Everything is close by. Park your car and enjoy. Bring your bicycles. Nice quiet neighborhood. House includes a parking pass which you can now use for the beach parking lots as well as residential streets! The closest beach is on Oceanview Parkway near Addy Sea with a parking lot and drop off area (about 3 block walk, and same distance to downtown Bethany with restaurants, stores.) This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with large driveway, even room for a boat and still a few cars plus on-street parking. Nice yard for the children to play, deck with grill and dining area, great for relaxing. Game room in the large garage with ping pong, air hockey, cornhole. A great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Sleeps 6. Second and third bedrooms can be made into a king bed or two twins. Cable and high speed Internet. Great Outside Shower! Take the kids to the canal to crab or put in your kayaks. The place for your perfect vacation! Rentals subject to a $25. per person per night charge for more than 2 people.

This is a very cute cottage, recently updated. It has a lovely floor plan, more than roomy for the four of us. It is walking distance to the beach and Bethany downtown area. It backs to a busy road, but you do not hear the traffic The master shower is small but there is another bathroom with shower, and an outdoor shower (perfect in warm weather) The host was gracious and it is very clean. Would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Bethany Beach. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and organized. There is a clean open garage with a ping pong and air hockey table. Chairs for the beach and an extra fridge. We were concerned we were close to the main road but you cannot hear the cars from inside the house and the trees in the backyard make the space very private. A quick walk across the road and through the adorable town and you are at the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The owner is super nice and answers any questions you have. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend. Hope to be back soon!

Stayed here with my partner and two family members, it was a less than 10 min walk to the beach and so close to the main boardwalk. The house was clean and spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice! Would definitely recommend staying here, and Anne was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

This home was perfect for our family of 4! Our little boys got a lot of use out of the ping pong table, the kitchen was well stocked, location and residential parking pass were great! Our only critique is that the mattress in the primary bedroom could use an upgrade, and we wished we had brought our own pillows. We fell in love with BB and will be back!

The house is fun and the beach is easy to walk to. The carpets were not as clean as we would have hoped for an allergy-friendly home, but bathrooms, kitchen and bedding were spic and span. Outside shower is great, although hot water doesn't last long. The extra fridge was a bonus!

We loved the house we stayed in. It was very clean and had just enough space for the type of vacation where you don’t plan on spending much time lounging around. We were close enough to the beach that we were able to walk to there, which was very nice, and our host left us a little treat for when we arrived, one of which was nonalcoholic for me since she knows I’m pregnant which was just the sweetest thing. Such a kind host I highly recommend renting here!

House is in a great spot and neighborhood. Clean, very well equipped and comfortable. A bit dated but it’s the beach. Hostess went above and beyond. Would rent again!

Anne was a fantastic host. The check in process was very simple, the house was exactly as described, and we especially loved the game room in the garage as a fun place to hang out. Will definitely be coming back next year!

We had a great vacation in this lovely home. Our host was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house was clean, light-filled and the perfect size for our family. You can’t beat the location-an easy walk to the beach, Boardwalk and mini golf! We had a wonderful vacation here.

Had problems with getting into the house eventually taken care of by owner. Nice house - only thing I’d say was she has to fix the nails sticking up on the deck, provide access to garage inside the house, and better lighting where the game tables are. Other than that nice house for the money. If you like to walk, easy to get to main drag, and beach a few blocks but easy walk. And there was no property manager

Pros: -The place was incredibly clean. This is very important to me and everything was spotless. -New carpet, washing machine, the entire apartment was well-equipped. -Kitchen was very well-stocked, it had any equipment I might have needed and more. -A short walk to beach (maybe 8 minutes?) -Communication with owner and info provided was stellar. -The outside shower was very convenient and really helped prevent us having to constantly clean sand in the house. Cons: Some minor things needed to be updated or were a little worn - liners in dresser drawers were peeling, hole in blanket in closet, blinds in one bedroom were held together by tape. - it was nice to be a little removed from the beach as it was quieter at night, however it seemed like the houses on either side were also rentals so there was a bit of outside noise at night. - Shower in master bedroom was quite small, and the door on the bathroom didn't quite close. If I could give half stars I'd give this 4.5 stars. Very good experience overall, I'd definitely stay again.

The house was terrific. Excellent location a very easy walk to the beach and yet away from the hurly-burly. Tasteful beach aesthetic and comfortable furnishings. Nice outdoor shower set-up for post-beach de-sanding. Special added bonus to have rec-room like amenities on the ground floor to escape the mid-day sun or to wait out a rain shower.

My family wanted to get away to the beach for a few days, and we had never been to Bethany before. This property was one of the few left that could accommodate a Thursday-Saturday stay, and our time there was better than expected! There was solid communication beforehand as to what we needed to bring and what was provided. Everything was as advertised and very clean. The location was ideal, very quiet yet close enough to the action of the beach and boardwalk that our kids could walk safely. Thanks so much!

We had not been to Bethany before. Love that the area is so walkable. Everyone wore masks. House had everything we needed and very comfortable for 3 adults and a 6 yo. Enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk. Would definitely go back!
