We offer a motel like experience with 2 rooms situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one. The property is one of only two private hotel-style rooms over an award winning building acclaimed for its architectural style. After a day of sightseeing, step out on the private terrace to relax and take in the breathtaking views that Sedona is world famous for. Step out the door and walk to fantastic hiking such as the famous Brins Mesa, Jordan Park or Cibola Trails. I can’t imagine a better place to stay. It is beautiful, clean, has an amazing patio and a gracious host. Perfect location right next to the best food in Sedona, Mariposa. Loved it!

My wife and I enjoyed our two nights in the apartment. The location is only a block from the main, touristy drag, which is fun to walk around at least once. You can also walk to a couple of trailheads, and many others are just a short drive away. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated and had all of the essentials, including nice wine glasses and a great Keurig with lots of pods. The shared terrace was large, nicely appointed, and had great views. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location, walkable to many uptown restaurants and shops. Check in was very easy and convenient. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The patio was a great place to relax. We highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay. With the very busy Memorial Day weekend it was great to be so close to upper Sedona. Rebecca was wonderful and handled a number a changes easily. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to Sedona. Frank M

This room was just as depicted and lived up to all the other excellent reviews. It was quiet and in a great location in Uptown Sedona. The balcony area was so relaxing with great views. The host was very responsive and instructions were very clear regarding check in & out. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I are on a 7week road trip in our car from Pennsylvania. We stopped in Sedona for 2 days and stayed at The Rooms Upstairs. We highly recommend staying here! The private outdoor patio was large and very comfy. The room was perfect. The king sized bed was great, the bathroom was very large with a beautiful, tiled shower. The refrigerator was a big plus along with small sink. We would stay here again and will tell our friends.

The upstairs room was spacious and well equipped. We loved the amazing view from the very large patio. This place is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved it.

We loved being able to walk to the Main Street in Uptown. The unit was perfect for my husband and me. Could have easily slept a child on the “daybed” reading nook. The shared porch was very pleasant with great views. Rebecca was great to work with. Also, easy no-contact check-in. Hope to stay on our next trip to Sedona.
