I was warmly welcomed with dog treats by Elena. We were given a large bright room. Location was excellent with a new by park and shops and a lovely walk into the centre of San Sebastián. I was given a very comfortable dog bed and a bowl. This is the nicest hotel of my European trip so far and I was told it was value for money!

All the staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming! The room was bright, clean, and everything worked well. The location was ok, a little far out but we knew that when we booked and it is still walkable into the old town. Despite being near a somewhat busy road we couldn’t hear any traffic.
Breakfast was also ok given the price.
The noise coming between the rooms was awful, we could hear people walking around and talking in adjacent rooms, and could hear the room next door opening their curtains. The hotel allows pets and there was also a dog staying somewhere in the hotel that we could hear barking for 30 minutes every morning, obviously it’s not the hotels fault that it was barking but the soundproofing was so bad that we could hear it very clearly.
Also there’s no separate bathroom door, just sliding glass for the toilet and shower!
