The Condo has slightly different furnishings than the photos depict, however, I think they are an improvement than what was photographed so that was great! The location is perfect for easy access to anything in Scottsdale. The condo complex is quiet. Just one minor mention: The noise of the floorboards (squeaking) from the upstairs unit was very apparent. This is no fault of the VRBO host or the upstairs tenant, it is just a reflection of the age of the building and construction methods employed at the time of construction. This isn't footsteps that you hear, it is floors squeaking when they move about upstairs. The host was very responsive to any questions and we had a great trip.

This is a wonderful place! We were so comfortable here- our hosts tbought of everything! A great location, so clean and spacious! We would give it 10 stars if possible.

A well equipped place, with a very responsive owner. My only constructive comments would be that the furniture/set up in the photos do not match what is in the Living room. Also, the walls are very very thin. We could hear every squeak of the floor/furniture in the unit above, as well as their conversations.

The condo was the right size for 2 people. Close to where we needed to be. Close to Costco, shopping and stores. I wasn't to fond of the bed. The mattress topper made the bed to high and soft. But for 4 nights it was doable.

The condo was in great shape, clean and fully furnished with all amenities provided. The owners provided a binder full of very helpful information including local restaurants, shopping, internet, television instructions, as well as general information regarding the complex. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!!! The owners were great to work with. We will definitely consider this property for future stays!

In the first contact about checking in we were asked to lie about how long we we’re staying. NO SHORT TERM RENTALS ARE ALLOWED. This made me very uncomfortable as there were signs all over the complex saying no short term rentals and your fob to get in the pool would be deactivated if they found out you were a short term renter. I wish I had called VRBO to change my reservation but I found out right before our 6hr flight. The furniture was not as pictured. The pictured living room chairs were gone and the entire layout was different . The living room set up was one of the reasons we picked the condo. The upstairs person was throwing trash and random items down the steps. Some of them were there for a week. I think they were doing construction almost constant noise. The water was turned off with NO notice for 4 hours. (This was in addition to another day when the owner texted me about an emergency water shut off.) Unfortunately, I had just put dye in my hair! I had to use bottled spring water to get most of it out! Some kitchen items were very dirty. We just tried to make the best of it but it was a really bad experience.

My Husband was in Scottsdale for an ice hockey tournament at The Ice Den. The location of this condo was close to the rink and grocery stores. It was clean and very well appointed. We like to cook our meals when traveling and were pleasantly surprised to find nice pans and knives! Not often the case in rentals (THANK YOU). The owner was responsive and even went above and beyond to help us with a special request. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale and at this property for the month. Condo was clean, well appointed, and furniture and bed/pillows were very comfortable. Pool areas and the grounds were clean and well cared for. The toaster died early in our stay and the owner dropped off a new replacement the next day.

For a month long stay the condo was well located, comfortable and quiet. The pools and hot tubs were clean and uncrowded. Needed cleaning supplies and a new vacuum cleaner were graciously provided by the owner. We'd stay there again and recommend it to others.
