Great location (2 min walking from the Powell Station), clean and comfortable rooms and shared facilities, attentive and helpful staff. Kitchen with water, ice and different kinds of coffee available for free.
The only issue was that not all outlets were working in the room. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

while the room was rather small it was very well equipment in terms of electricity plugs and the bathroom, with a lavabo inside the room. it is ideal for a family where not much privacy is needed. It was great that we could put the surfboard bag into a separate storage room on the ground floor.
Overall, all went well.

Location was great close to centre of city and for location was good value
As a family of four we booked a quad room. It was two bunk beds and no room to open a suitcase it was a very small room. We booked for two nights but only stayed one as we could not manage with 2 adults and two teenagers
