It’s in a really well located area. Who’s coming from SFO and moving afterwards to another part of the Bay Area like me it was perfect.
The fact that it didn’t have AC it was weird at first but the weather helps a lot. Another thing is the weird checkin that is in another hotel (however they were really friendly and my both interactions with them were nice).

The smell in the lift and corridors. No fridge. No personal at reception. Very old building.
