Great experience!
I enjoyed my stay, i would recommend it if you want to be in a centric area. I took the bus literally everywhere. Also, I meet a lot of cool people from Germany, South Korea, Mexico, England, and Spain; There is a good vibe. The common area is very nice to hangout or work. I also liked the breakfast system. Don't be shy, literally almost everyone there is kind. They have fun activities going on during the week that you can participate and meet people on the bars near the hostel.
The Top bunk bed is kind of uncomfortable. If you get that one, you can ask to switch to the bottom one. But they may change you to a different room.

Descent hostel with good breakfast but look elsewhere if you're looking for a quiet place
Good breakfast and is good to have a water dispenser. Enjoyed the common space! Lockers are large and allow for storing your whole backpack.
Afternoon check-in staff was rude because they misheard my last name and thought I didn't have a reservation there. It's right across some night club and bars which is great for partying but not as great if you're trying to sleep because the music can be heard clearly.

Superb
Definitely one of the best hostel in SF. The breakfast is perfect, all the mornings volunteers prepare it and let you start the day in the best way.
It's an hostel, so don't pretend anything special. Rooms are tiny, but there is everything you need. Suggestion: bring earplugs and you will definitely be fine :)

Exceptional
My roommates were great. My room and my bed were clean. There were so many bathrooms available, clean too! I enjoyed my stay here so much I might just come back here for the second time ☺️ the location was only a 19 minute walk away from Fisherman's wharf
