The room was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. Good accessible location within the city. Felt very safe. The check-in process was quick and easy. The amenities were a great touch, laundry is available at a cost of $2.50 in quarters so make sure you bring coins. The staff went above and beyond. The communal kitchen and seating were spacious and had enough room for everyone.
The fridge in the room was broken and froze all our stuff. We turned it up and down but the temp didn’t change. I’d advise to use the communal fridge if keeping certain foods so they don’t spoil like ours. No safe.

Staff was very attentive. They responded very quickly and addressed our requests.
Room was very noisy during nighttime. I was charged by Luggage Hero when it was suppose to be complimentary by scanning QR code and I did not even use the service.

Location.
Black mold in shower tiling and pink mold on shower curtain. Main rug covered in several dark stains. Broken floorboard just inside door. No protection against street sounds besides a white noise machine.
