Liked the big room with a kitchinette. Towels and bed linen were clean. It was good to have toiletries in the bathroom. We could leave our luggage here before and after check in/out.
Zone was so and so, very close to Tenderloin but no problems.
We had a room on the top parr of the buildimg and the view was really nice!
On the bed there was a decorative blanket and 2 pillows that were so dirty and unwashed that they smelled! Remove these completly and just leave the clean white linen!
Not answering messages on booking..
Disliked the sugary breakfast (cereal, pancakes, fruits, sugary toast bread) and the only protein/non sweet option was the boiled eggs.

Very affordable price for San Francisco, in a great location. Very large rooms with microwave, fridge, and closet. Nice staff. Appreciate the free breakfast.
The building is pretty old, and the elevators in particular are very old/slow. The breakfast selections are incredibly limited.

Poetic, charming. Private. Historical. Spacious. Great location. Fridge, microwave, tub: all in one! Fabulous
I believe the sheets and bedding were acrylic.
Breakfast was not of the best quality.

Front desk people were helpful and friendly, free parking, old world charm
Room was stuffy, faced a brick wall, no maid service even though asked, limited breakfast
