Breakfast and taxes included in the price. Friendly, helpful staff. A large room. Good location for walking places.

Great location in Union Square, close to many great stores and city highlights! The staff at the desk were great and very helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was cozy and spacious with a good mattress. The bathroom was simple but had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was nice with simple choices, nothing special but enough to start your day.
There were multiple supermarkets and nice restaurants/coffee cafes nearby!
The only problem I experienced was the fact that I kept receiving scam messages through whatsapp after booking through booking.com. They had information about my stay and knew my check in and check out date which was super weird. Not sure if the privacy issue is with booking or the hotel.

Property is an old building built in 1929. Loved the decor and the old elevator
Parking was minimal. I had to walk a block and half from parking garage

The elevator is definitely an interesting thing to see. I've never seen an elevator like that. It also had a Bathtub and a large walk in closet.
There was an unidentified pill on the floor of our room an some trash under the bed.
