Located in Long Beach, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great choice for your next trip. MI CASA ES TU CASA.. in Long Beach! You will witness the most beautiful sunsets ever! Our place has a queen size bed in the bedroom and large sectional in the living room / Futon mattress available is you prefer that over sleeping on couch.The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, and stove. We provide dishes, linens and towels. Large Screen TV. Free Wi-Fi Whether you just want to relax or do the tourist thing' our place is close to many tourists attractions in Southern California. We are 17 miles from Disneyland, only 5 miles away from The Aquarium of the Pacific as well as Shoreline Village where you can eat and shop til you drop ! Long Beach Convention Center is also 5 miles away. Many shops and restaurants on 2nd street within walking distance. This is a family owned property and although we don't live on the property full time.. if it's a sunny day we try to make our way out there and enjoy the beach! I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency. I tried to let the owner know via message but she completely ignored me. This place is extremely overpriced for what it is. When I checked in, it looked dirty- almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed and couch smell dirty, and the bathroom smells of mildew. The neighbors weren’t aware that we’d be staying here so they were super confrontational when they saw us waking back to the unit via the alley way. I think next time I’ll spend the money on a hotel, it’s a much better value and will be cleaner.

This place is all about the location. Parking is rough on weekends but once your there it’s awesome. Really nice place for the cost. Everything we wanted they had. Highly recommend for couple or really small family.

It was exactly like the pictures. Great couch and kitchen. We could have used sheets for the futon. it was close to the beach. We didn’t realize that there are several oil rigs in Long Beach. Great price for that location by the bay which is much nicer.

The apartment was pretty much as described and weekend parking was indeed a challenge. Once parked, however, all was good.
I'd say just 50 yards to a beautiful and uncrowded harbor beach. VERY family oriented on safe, calm-water beach. If you like easy access to a beautiful beach with all types of boats slowly passing and everyone having lots of fun, you couldn't find a better place. About a pleasant 20 minute walk to various restaurants and services made it possible to enjoy them without taking the car.
This unit was a great, affordable find and Lupe answered all our questions so there were no surprises up arrival. Next time in the area we'll certainly book it again.

My stay was Fathers Day weekend June 17/18 checking out June 19 2023. My children and I arrived around 1pm and immediately was met by a neighbor that told me I couldn’t park there. I told her I was renting there for the weekend and her reply was my truck was too big. I have a standard Chevy 1500. (Not lifted or extended bed). My sister and family that lives in Long Beach joined us for a beach day (one day) only going to the rental for the bathroom and to sing Happy Bday to my son. They did not stay in the rental! The owner msg me telling me there were multiple complaints about the number of people on the property and that we left it in some kind of unacceptable condition. We arrived to a sandy place and left it a sandy place. Maybe I did something wrong and maybe this isn’t a place for families. My family and I still had a great time for a great price and the convenience of the location to the beach made it great as well. I read all the reviews and saw other complaints but chose to remain unbothered because of the price and location. This is just my experience I hope it helps others.

As advertised. For my family of 4 (2 teens), it was just what we needed for a few days, although tight (as expected). Great location. It was nice to have extra linens and a fan available. There was a little confusion on check-in, since the back unit has a different address. Lupe was responsive & neighbors were pleasant. Maybe could use a few more kitchen utensils, but the basics were covered.

Parking is on the street but we always were able to park in the same 1/2 block as the building. The bed was very comfortable, The couch was sufficient for our adult daughter to sleep on. The kitchen was supplied with microwave, toaster oven , stove and refridgerator and coffee. The host was very accomadating to the couple questions we had. The property could use more towels and some beach towels as there is no clothes washer on site. It also could use some blankets as the nights were pretty cool. We hung a big towel over the entrance door as it is glass and light comes in, and for privacy for our daughter sleeping on the couch. All in all, we were pleased with our visit.

Place was clean to the eye, though we wiped things down. Hours after getting there the tv stopped working so watching television was not an option the whole time we where there. The kitchen had items you would need for cooking. Water pressure in sink was very low Bathroom, toilet seat was loose and small. Water pressure in bathroom was good.
The bed was very comfortable. Though it was very warm. It was uncomfortable at night to sleep due to temperature. A floor fan was all thats there to use, that didn’t help. Probably would be better in cooler months. More lighting in the bedroom would be great it was dim., there was 1 lamp. If you take the lamp shade off that helped. No sleeping in from construction noise. Not use to being so close to neighbors you hear it all.
You are walking distance to places to eat on 2nd street. The beach was literally walking distance across the street that was nice. The worse was we did miss our flight as the annual marathon was taking place and 3 Ubers drivers where unable to get to us and we had to walk 1.5 mile at 06:30 am with luggage to meet up with the 4th Uber outside the marathon parameter. Which we where told all who lived in that area new about it. That would have been nice to know. This was just our experience.

Loved the location of the property--the beach was less than 5 minutes away on foot. Do wish the property had been cleaner, the floors were sticky, drawers seemed dirty and there was some sort of powder along the head of the couch. Communication was excellent, owners responded quickly. They also provided some snacks and beverages.

Had a great stay, home was in great location, short walk to beach and intracoastal. Very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Street parking can be a bit of a pain if you leave and come back midday. Would stay again.

Perfect location for my young family to walk to the ocean or the bay. Lupe has a futon and a pack and play for extra sleeping arrangements. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was convenient. The coffee was delicious. :) Even the downstairs neighbor was a lovely human being. I wish I had booked a longer stay. I will need to come back.

We rented this property for the weekend for our mother as a mother's day gift. She could not stop raving about how wonderful the property was. She said the property was very clean with super comfy bed. She stated it was very quiet and well stocked with snacks and coffee. She is already putting in a request to us for the same gift next year😁. The communication with the owner was amazing as well. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

I rented this space for two days to celebrate my 30th birthday in Long Beach. I am beyond satisfied with my experience here. I would rate this location, customer service, cleanliness of rental, and ease of access 10/10 again and again. I can’t recommend enough! The property was as advertised - it is a cute little second-story apartment that was well outfitted and gracious contact by the owner. It is quiet and tucked away but just standing at the entrance you can hear the ocean - which is what I was hoping. The only small inconvenience is we used the space heaters because even in late March it was still quite cold at night. It tripped the power a few times to the unit. They are upgrading the circuit so it shouldn't be an issue moving forward.

Wow! Location was amazing! Literally a block from the ocean on one side, 3 houses from beach on peninsula side - just fabulous! Pretty comfy bed - Lupe was a gem. Very hospitable and quick to respond. Heads up - the cute picture of the green house is not what you are renting - this place is behind that in a MIL type upstairs apartment. Very small but just right for 2 or 3 people (one on couch). Lots of great stuff to walk to. It is on street parking, but we didn’t find that to be too troublesome. Lots of clean fresh towels and kitchen had basic equipment. It is fair to note that it is on the top floor so it’s up a flight of stairs. Not a problem if you can do stairs easily, but if you struggle with that, it could be a challenge for you. Lupe had left a binder with local info that was helpful. Loved our stay - thank you!

Great location, right by the peninsula. It was only two of us and perhaps with a 3rd person the plce would be too tight. The place was clean and well organized.
Overall communication with Lupe was quick and easy!

Long Beach is getting better which, just enhances the rental location. Great logistics. The apartment was great (especially for the price) and the host was accommodating. There were decent towels and linen. Life is good.
