Our two condos (#25897 and #891991) are on the top (penthouse) floor and offer spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean that you will never forget! The top floor of an all concrete building offers you privacy and quiet rare to vacation suites. You will not be disappointed with this property! Suite 1504 Waters Edge Resort is an OCEANFRONT one bedroom suite with rare second full bath and your own washer and dryer. No excuses, directly on the ocean. View from the balcony is the pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean with no ugly parking lots, roads or buildings to ruin your unforgettable view! (see pics below) Garden City Beach SC is about 20 min from downtown Myrtle Beach and 10-15 minutes from Murrells Inlet and is a more relaxed, less crowded and family oriented town with lots of things to do. Waters Edge Resort is a 15 story concrete and steel building directly on the ocean. All units have private balconies overlooking the beach and ocean. We have 5 spotlessly clean rooms; 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, a kitchen and a living area. It sleeps 4 and has a queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, a kitchen stocked with all full size modern appliances and utensils, full size washer and dryer, central heat and A/C and 2 flat screen TVs with remote, extended basic cable and HBO. There is one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a bar and gift shop, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and an exercise room on the ground floor. The two elevators were rebuilt Spring 2019. There are bars, restaurants, amusements, rides and a fishing pier, all within walking distance. Waters Edge Resort is just a step away from all Myrtle Beach has to offer: Over 80 golf courses, outlet shopping, fine dining, entertainment theaters, water parks, exciting and diverse night life. Murrells Inlet is the next town south, known as the 'Seafood Capital of the South, features the area’s best restaurants. There you can rent waverunners and boats, go parasailing, or go inshore or offshore fishing. Brookgreen Gardens (15 min) is highly recommended and contains the largest and most comprehensive collection of American figurative sculpture in the country set in and around huge historic live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss and also has a wonderful zoo and learning areas for children and adults. Market Commons (15 min), Coastal Grand Mall(20 min), The Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Ripleys Aquarium and much more are all within minutes of Suite 1504 Waters Edge Resort. Received a text at 315 stating unit was ready, arrived to find a spotless, well updated and unit stocked with everything you might expect and more! Did have a problem with the A/C, due to mechanical failure, and the owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Unit was better than in the photos, very comfortable and will be returning in the future. Thank you

The moment we opened the door to the condo, the smell was wonderful! Very Clean.. and it lingered for days😊 We loved the furniture, decor and the ocean front view from the balcony! The towels were very plush and the kitchen was well stocked.
We knew ahead of time that the bed was a queen size. The ONLY thing I would have liked better would have been a King size bed… that’s all.
The parking was easy, the pool was very refreshing and we met some of the nicest people while being guests there. Andy was very easy to work with and he made our week there, very relaxing and comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The only issue I had was the fact that the rental umbrellas took up a lot of the beach space. You needed to claim a spot before 7:00 am otherwise it was hard to find a good spot.

Excellent service from our host. The building was under maintenance but the workerswere so patient and kind to the customers needs! Will be extra nice when done . Everything at your fingertips for dining and entertainment every night

The condo we stayed in was very clean with a nice view. We were told 2 weeks before our vacation that the pool was not open because of the destruction of hurricane Ian. We received this information too late to change condos. The bottom floor was a mess with ply wood walls. I think they had bad contractors - all the places around us were up and running. We will not go back.

We stayed here April 15 to 22. The condo was wonderful. Andy was extremely easy to talk with and very communicative with us. Everything was spotless and very well stocked. My wife and I spent lots of time out on the balcony which is very roomy and private. The view of the beach and ocean from the 15th floor is breathtaking and there are lots of things to do in the area as well as many great restaurants (Check out River City Cafe for a great burger).
I would definitely book again with Andy and highly recommend staying here.

The condo itself was nice. The building was older than we expected and there was a lot of construction on the lower level, pool and deck area, which was somewhat disruptive. We were informed 2 weeks before booking that there would be no pool or deck area due to the hurricane damage last Sept. we may have changed to another location if we had known this more in advance.

Outstanding!Condo lovely,clean,extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need.The view was spectacular and the furniture on the patio was so sturdy and nice.Andy is one of a kind!Best host ever!Since our first time on vrbo, he answered all our questions ,I had many,so quickly.I asked about a hand shower head and he came to install.Provided us places to eat and we enjoyed them all..Also,assisted me in working the tv.Wonderful stay...beach beautiful.Comforting to have a great host.We will be back.

Lovely condo, exceptional owner
Very clean and comfortable condo, and you won't find a more attentive host/owner than Andy. He took care to make sure we were satisfied and had a great visit. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (even having soap, detergent, paper products), the comfortable balcony furniture (I get so frustrated with places that have a million-dollar view and $20 chairs), and the overall cleanliness and decor. It was our first time staying this far south at Myrtle, and we loved being close to Garden City pier and Murrell's Inlet. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets as well as sunrises. The beach itself is wonderful -- broad and smooth. An easy drive to Georgetown, too. The Water's Edge building itself is nice and well maintained. All in all it was a great visit that ended far too soon!
