Our two condos (#25897 and #891991) are on the top (penthouse) floor and offer spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean that you will never forget! The top floor of an all concrete building offers you privacy and quiet rare to vacation suites. We live and work in the immediate area daily and can be at the condo in a moment’s notice. Our weekly prices include free high speed WIFI internet, linens and parking. You will not be disappointed with this property! Suite 1509 Waters Edge Resort is an OCEANFRONT one bedroom suite with rare second full bath and your own washer and dryer. No excuses, directly on the ocean. View from the balcony is the pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean with no ugly parking lots, roads or buildings to ruin your unforgettable view! (see pics below) Garden City Beach SC is about 20 min from downtown Myrtle Beach and 10-15 minutes from Murrells Inlet and is a more relaxed, less crowded and family oriented town with lots of things to do. Waters Edge Resort is a 15 story concrete and steel building directly on the ocean. All units have private balconies overlooking the beach and ocean. We have 5 spotlessly clean rooms; 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, a kitchen and a living area. It sleeps 4 and has a queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, a kitchen stocked with all full size modern appliances and utensils, full size washer and dryer, central heat and A/C and 2 flat screen TVs with remote, extended basic cable and HBO. There is one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a bar and gift shop, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and an exercise room on the ground floor. The two elevators were rebuilt Spring 2019. There are bars, restaurants, amusements, rides and a fishing pier, all within walking distance. Waters Edge Resort is just a step away from all Myrtle Beach has to offer: Over 80 golf courses, outlet shopping, fine dining, entertainment theaters, water parks, exciting and diverse night life. Murrells Inlet is the next town south, known as the 'Seafood Capital of the South,' features the area’s best restaurants. There you can rent waverunners and boats, go parasailing, or go inshore or offshore fishing. Brookgreen Gardens (15 min) is highly recommended and contains the largest and most comprehensive collection of American figurative sculpture in the country set in and around huge historic live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss and also has a wonderful zoo and learning areas for children and adults. Market Commons (15 min), Coastal Grand Mall(20 min), The Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Ripleys Aquarium and much more are all within minutes of Suite 1504 Waters Edge Resort. Right on the beach...steps to the sand. Great views of the ocean and Murrells Inlet from the 15th floor. Pools and hot tubs were an added plus. Great vacation spot to unwind.

Water’s Edge is truly at the edge of the beautiful Garden City beach. The sites and sound of the ocean from your balcony on the 15th floor is so relaxing and peaceful. The sunrise from the balcony is glorious. The condominium was very clean and had everything you needed for a fun week at the beach. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and golfing.

The condo was very nice and clean. I was taken back by the email that I received the day of arrival. They had put in a new policy about replacing linens if they stained or missing with the breakdown of the charges. I understand that this is an added expense to the homeowner but the renter should be aware of all policies before checking in.

Andy was a great host, the process of booking/checking in and out was seamless. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view is magnificent! We thouroughly enjoyed a relaxing week and would definately stay again.

This was a great vacation! This unit will not disappoint! The pictures are spot on. Things were still being remodeled from Hurricane Ian when we were there but it didn’t make a difference at all. The beach was gorgeous and we had an amazing time.

Andy, the condo owner, was so incredibly nice and helpful. We were able to get in the room a little early, which worked out perfectly. When we walked in, the condo smelled so clean! I have never smelled a room this clean before. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! You can look up and down the coast without any obstruction.
If you want to vacation at Myrtle Beach but don't want the busier tourist area, I highly recommend this condo.

We certainly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nice, with beautiful ocean views. The balcony provided a quiet space for relaxing, enjoying the sounds of the waves, and even watching dolphins play offshore. The unit was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped. Andy made our stay easy from check in to check out. He checked with us during our stay to ensure there were no issues. He even offered an awesome recommendation for the nearby Brookgreen Gardens. We highly recommend this rental if you are planning a visit to Garden City Beach.

The 15th floor "penthouse" location is quiet and while sitting on the condo balcony or the inside couch...it's like being on the balcony on a cruise ship. The onsite bar and grill is fun, and the residents and guests are friendly. Outstanding host. Excellent public areas.. Security is superb. I added this stay following my regular timeshare week in Garden City, and it didn't disappoint
