We live and work in the immediate area daily and can be at the condo in a moment’s notice. Our weekly prices include free high speed WIFI internet, linens, and parking. You will not be disappointed with this property. Suite 1510 is an OCEANFRONT one bedroom suite with rare second full bath and your own washer and dryer. No excuses, directly on the ocean. View from the balcony is the pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean with no ugly parking lots, roads or buildings to ruin your unforgettable view! (see pics below) Garden City Beach SC is about 20 min from downtown Myrtle Beach and 10-15 minutes from Murrells Inlet and is a more relaxed, less crowded and family-oriented town with lots of things to do. The Resort is a 15-story concrete and steel building directly on the ocean. All units have private balconies overlooking the beach and ocean. We have 5 spotlessly clean rooms; 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, a kitchen, and a living area. It sleeps 4 and has a queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, a kitchen stocked with all full-size modern appliances and utensils, full size washer and dryer, central heat and A/C and 2 flat screen TVs with remote, extended basic cable and HBO. There is one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a bar and gift shop located within the Resort. The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and an exercise room on the Lower Level. The middle stack of the Resort is where the two elevator are located. There are bars, restaurants, amusements, rides, and a fishing pier, all within walking distance. Myrtle Beach has quite a few breweries and distilleries tours you can learn about here. https://www.visitmyrtlebeach.com/article/breweries-to-check-out-in-myrtle-beach. The Resort is just a step away from all Myrtle Beach has to offer: Over 80 golf courses, outlet shopping, fine dining, entertainment theaters, water parks, exciting and diverse night life. Murrells Inlet is the next town to the south, known as the 'Seafood Capital of the South’, and features the area’s best restaurants. There you can rent wave runners and boats, go parasailing, or go inshore or offshore fishing. Brookgreen Gardens (15 min) is highly recommended and contains the largest and most comprehensive collection of American figurative sculpture in the country set in and around huge historic live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss and also has a wonderful zoo and learning areas for children and adults. Market Commons (15 min), Coastal Grand Mall (20 min), The Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Ripley’s Aquarium and much more are all within minutes of Suite 1510. You will not run out of things to do!

1510 had a beach vibe w/o being tacky. The place was very clean. It had comfortable couches and bed. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, cooking essentials and all types of glass. Oh, and try out the wonderful chairs on the balcony!
Andy is a great host! He is quick to answer any questions or concerns. We loved our stay!

Andy was great to check in with us periodically and provided us with fans when we got hot at night. He made sure that our stay was awesome!!! He even checked in with us a few times the following week to see how we were doing after getting sick at the end of our stay. He was very sweet and caring and I would stay here again.

Condo was as advertised. Clean, updated, great view. The beach experience was not good. Restrictions on where you could set your umbrella and chairs was from another planet. Owner says he will include restrictions in with rental contract. READ IT!!

First off, I never post reviews. However, I feel like I need to this time because of how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate. My wife feels like it was the cleanest condo she has ever stayed in. Andy was amazing from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond in every way possible. We have only great things to say about this place and our trip. We will definitely be staying here again if we go back to Garden City!

I needed some time away from 'normal life' to de-stress and relax, and 1510 Water's Edge suited my needs perfectly. It was SO nice just sitting in the living room and watching/listening to the waves as they rolled in. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and utensils. The bed is quite comfortable as well. The resort has a private parking garage, as well as a good number of hotel-type luggage carts for schlepping all your stuff from your car to the condo (and vice versa).
In addition to being only an elevator-ride away from a relaxing stroll on the beach, Water's Edge Resort is approximately 15-20' drive to either Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park; I definitely recommend visiting both!
All in all, I couldn't have asked for better accommodations; thanks Andy!

I spent the month of November in Garden City. My stay there was perfect in Condo 1510. This was my 2nd year renting from Andy, the best host ever Everything was as great as it was last year. I am looking forward for my next year visit. Property was clean and I felt safe. The view is amazing. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and walk out onto the balcony and see God's Love. From sunrise to sunset.

It was just perfect! The view from the balcony really is that spectacular! It was nice to be able to sit there during the afternoon and take a nap or read a book, while still listening to the waves. And the kitchen has everything you need! We stayed for a week so we made many meals and snacks there and every time we went to search for something we needed, we found it. The check in/out process was super easy, and having a keypad on the door meant you didn't have to worry with keeping up with a housekey when you went on to the beach. The resort also has an outside hot tub. I think some of the other resorts in the area also have hot tubs, but I believe theirs are indoors. This is on a beautiful large deck looking out on the ocean. And in the evenings, when the cool air blows off the ocean, relaxing in the hot tub is a perfect way to end the evening. There were many things nearby but we enjoyed just staying in and relaxing. There is a large grocery store about 10 min away, and some restaurants and cafes within walking distance (our favorite was the Conch Cafe. You can walk right up from the beach and if you sit on their outside patio you don't even need shoes. The conch fritters were amazing!). My husband says when we go back this is the only condo he will stay in :-)

Look no further !!! From the time you open the door everything is beautiful ! So nicely decorated roomy , and the view from the balcony you can’t even put a price on that ! This place is the best we have ever stayed in ! The owners are so nice and helpful with ANYTHING you may need.

My family for the most part enjoyed our stay. The issues we had were out of Andy’s control. The sand reclamation project was very noisy and went on 24 hours a day. The only other concern was elevator maintenance that shut down one of the two elevators for all day. Needless to say this caused major backups. Like I said earlier none of this was the owners fault. I enjoyed all my communication with Andy.

Our week in Garden City Beach got off to a great start when we walked in to spotlessly clean Unit 1510. The tasteful and seaside appropriate decorations provided a homey feel. Cable TV choices were complete and kitchen ware was more than adequate for our cooking need which was moderate. The bed and bedding grade out at 100%. There is nothing negative to report on Unit 1510.

Stayed at the Waters Edge Resort through VRBO and found our condo even better than expected. Couldn't say enough nice things about Andrew, the owner of the property. Being on the 15th floor and over a fall week long break sure made it nice. We found just the right balance between being on the water front and exploring around the area. The area was on the older side but we felt safe and even found some gems, like Brookgreen Gardens to visit. Great food in the area was easy to find with plenty having outdoor seating in this COVID-19 era.

The condo is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. The resort has a great pool and hot tubs as well as a beautiful, clean beach. It's location is convenient and we enjoyed the pier. It's so quiet in the room, we never heard the neighbors coming or going. We found tons of shells on the beach. Andy is great to work with and we'll be back! I highly recommend this rental!

The condo was neat and clean, kitchen was well stocked with needed appliances and utensils. Oceanfront view from the 15th floor was fantastic! We had full use of the property pool and hot tub and access to the beach.

The condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our 11 year old granddaughter. We loved the view from the deck and the beach was wonderful. Our granddaughter really enjoyed swimming in the pool at night. Perfect location and would definately visit there again.

The property is amazing!! Decorated beautifully, after a few days my husband and I felt like we were at home. The view of the ocean from the moment you walk in the door is incredible! So are the rocking Adirondack chairs on the balcony!! We spent a lot of time on those. Our stay was wonderful, and we will definitely stay again when we come to Garden City. The property was very clean and had all amenities we could have possibly needed, including a white noise machine in the bedroom, which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this property! Andy and Andrea were easy to reach if needed and very accommodating.

The room was great! Exactly as it appeared in the pics. We had way more storage room than most rooms that we had in the past. Andy was a great host and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The unexpected surprise was an early check-in!

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. Andy and his team are super to work with, accessible for questions or concerns and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. Everything was perfect! This is the cleanest property you will every stay in. We visited Waters Edge Resort in September and stayed in another condo (not one of Andy's) because his were all booked. It might have been a bit more updated but it was not clean and that is a must for me. The only negative was our needing to cut our trip short for a family emergency, but Andy was very accommodating in our needing to make a sudden departure. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
