Located in Destin, this lovely condo for $388 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 11th floor condo located directly on the beach. This condo has covered parking space for your convenience. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Master bedroom features king size bed; 40 inch Smart TV with cable; ceiling fan; attached master bathroom; Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 32 inch cable TV; ceiling fan; Living room has 47 inch Smart TV with cable & DVD/VCR combo, book collection for your reading enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated. Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. Options: (1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable) or (2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs). No Pets Allowed No Smoking inside condo Condo is managed locally. I can say a lot about your wonderful rental, from the state of the art appliances to the commercial Keurig Dual Brew. I could talk about the master with a balcony entrance, four poster king sized bed, 11th floor, right on the beach, amazing shower— I couldn’t stay out of it!!! But my favorite part was the outdoor sectional couch on that amazing balcony. Thank you. My family and I will treasure the memories and I wish I had gotten pictures of the inside.. I’m already saving to stay again!!! It was a gem! ♥️

We had a fantastic time and we loved everything about unit 1104. When we come back to Destin we will definitely book breakers East again. We loved the unit 1104. Everything was booked with ease and we had a covered parking spot right by the elevator. Nice oversized carts. And our front door was right off the elevator. Great location and was convenient to everything. Only steps to the beach and we enjoyed the oversized balcony and the furniture on the patio. Plenty of room loved the layout and my husband loved the master shower. Comfortable beds and loved the view across the condo of the beach. We would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in 1104. Close to great good and right in the beach. Condo was just as advertised and had everything we could have ever needed. Small free standing ice maker would not work but was not a big deal. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again!

Rented for my wife’s birthday- we loved everything about our 5 nite stay just wish it was longer. 11th floor balcony oceanfront—saw dolphins on 3 different occasions- beach chairs included no hassle at all- our property mgr Carolyn was on it from the jump!! The condo was spotless and well appointed! Hated to leave!!

Great property with awesome amenities. The view is so serene. Perfect place to get up, have coffee in the morning, and a glass of wine at night. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable furnishings. I stayed 6 days and literally only left 2 times to go meet friends for dinner ( and really didn’t want to leave then!). The private beach, pool, and complimentary beach umbrella and chairs is all you need for a relaxing stay.

Weather was not the best but we picked this unit because of the great porch set up and that is where we spent most of our time. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a covered parking spot next to the elevators - never waited more than a minute or two for the elevators. Beach chair set up was great. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing vacation and the condo was just perfect. It was larger than expected and we’ll decorated, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, great internet speed and the view! Steps from the beach, no shoes needed! The chairs and umbrella service were the icing on the cake. Everyone there was so nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property was fantastic! The location and beachfront views were great! The patio furniture was comfortable to relax on and the sunset was perfect to watch from it. The proximity to the beach was convenient and even had shoe holders at the rinse station. Walmart and Target are not far from the condo making it convenient to grab groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and then some. Make sure you bring your own spices/pam spray/condiments though. The kitchen doesn’t have any spices/salt/pepper or anything in that way. Not a deal breaker but other vrbo properties we’ve stayed at had some, which was a nice kitchen addition. There’s a cute coffee bar and wet bar, which we didn’t use but nice touch to the place. The bathrooms were nice and even stocked with little make-up wipes. Sleeping with the sliding door open to listen to the waves was amazing! We had a couple issues that maintenance fixed promptly. Stacked washer and dryer were great. We would’ve started the towels upon leaving if they would’ve supplied laundry detergent. The kitchen did come with dishwasher tablets. The unit is conveniently right across from the elevator and garbage chute and there’s a reserved covered parking spot right by the elevator for this unit. The elevator is pretty small but not a deal breaker at all. Restaurants around were delicious. A couple of our favorites were Pepitos, Margaritaville, and McGuire’s. Those are must eats. The boardwalk was great for shops, eats and drinks. We did the glass bottom dolphin tour boat (which isn’t actually bottom bottom but rather side windows on the lower deck). It was fun and the staff were really cool. We saw lots of dolphins. Carolyn was great to communicate with! Overall, we’d definitely be back to Destin and stay at this condo! 👍🏼👍🏼

Owners have done some really nice upgrades with the indoor/outdoor furniture. Aside from the weather it was once again a awesome and memorable family vacation. It is beautifully decorated and clean! The only things that needed a little repair was the trash bin was really hard to push in and out. Also, the toilet in the master would run continuously unless you jiggled the handle. Those are both super easy fixes. :)

We have stayed in 1102 since 2016 and loved it, but after having to move to 1104, we decided we loved this one even more. To start with, the beds were awesome. We cook a lot and found the kitchen to have everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms were stocked with more towels, etc.than we could possibly use. The unit was decorated beautifully. And we had our own designated parking spot under the building..
Expect us to book this unit for future Christmas vacations. Absolutely would recommend this unit to friends. And we love working with Carolyn every year.

My family and I stayed here for spring break and it did not disappoint. Check-in was clearly stated and easy. This place has prime covered parking one spot over from elevators. It was raining a couple of times so this was handy. When we walked in everyone said "wow" because it was beautifully decorated and inviting. My 7 and 8 year old boys enjoyed having their own room/beds and bathroom. The master was large and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean.
Kitchen: very large counterspace and every kind of cooking utensil and cookware (and barware) that you may need. On the first night, we went to Target down the street and loaded up on groceries (they have carts on the first level, so this made bringing everything up to the condo a breeze). We stocked the fridge and were able to make breakfast and lunch and eat on the large balcony. For dinner we either ate out or had DoorDash deliver to us.
Pool: nice gated pool. The weather was fairly cold for swimming in mid-March, but after talking to the nice gentleman who maintains the property, he cranked up the heat in the pool and it was a comfortable temperature.
Beach: the beach had gorgeous powdery sand. It was too cold for us to swim, but there were a couple of people who braved it. Most days there were red flags anyway. This beach area had patrol that cruised by to ensure everyone was safe and out of the water. My children still had fun playing in the sun. We spoke to the beach attendant and he reserved us our two cabana spots that come as a perk with this condo. I really enjoyed that they were well spaced out and that this stretch of beach was relatively private (especially this being our first outing in a year since Covid).
I usually don't stay at the same place twice just to get a different feel, but I could see myself staying here again because we enjoyed it that much.

Hello Beach!
This was a great place to stay. The beach was just through the gate and the beach setup was very appreciated. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There was so much space to spread out and just enjoy ourselves. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
