Nestled in Park City, this lovely house for $1,157 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Or, head up to the loft where you can play foosball on a professional grade table or cards on the custom built, 8 seat table. If you're a bit sore, take your choice between the steam shower in the master bathroom or the private jacuzzi in the backyard. No 'rental' furniture here. We had a great time in this house. Loved the easy access to the 10 White express or 101 free bus to Canyons or any other resort. We walked to the town lift with skis and changed shoes/boots at that ski rental place. (No lockers, but OK)
Host was awesome and responsive. Delivered a few extra things we needed quickly. Would stay here again. One comment about the garage level bedroom though, one can hear drain running quite loudly next to the bed.

the house is large and plenty of rooms. The check in process was a little difficult. Be sure to look for an email for Lespri. The location to Main Street made it very easy to walk to restaurants.

This property is perfect for large groups with ample sleeping, eating, and lounging space. The close proximity to downtown Park City was perfect for easy access to restaurants and shopping. David was very communicative and an excellent host!

Just got back from a week visit with the family...the townhouse is exceptional...perfect location walking distance to Main St...theater room was fun in the evening...hot tub was perfect after skiing...accommodations all around amazing...hope to get back soon!

This house is the perfect choice for a fun weekend on the slopes and for the night life in park city. This is our second year in a row booking this house and will always be our go to when we come to park city.
David was so accommodating and answered promptly - he even let us have a late check out since there wasn’t a group coming after us.
He also made upgrades to the house this year and got an awesome new and comfortable couch that all 10 of us could fit on.
The beds are comfortable and the house has all the cooking essentials you could need.
The house is a two minute walk from Main Street so it was very easy to walk to dinner at night or explore the town. It’s also walking distance from the bus station that takes you to park city’s base.
We love this house and anyone should take advantage to stay here if you’re coming to Park city.

We stayed four nights midweek - five mature skiers. The location was extremely convenient - we saw no need to ever move our vehicle from the garage once parked. The unit was roomy, clean and nicely furnished. Bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The movie theatre and hot tub were highlights. We found the management company easy to reach and very accommodating when we requested flexibility on check-in and check-out times. All in all, a pleasant stay that we would eagerly repeat.

The property at Deer Valley fit all of our needs with two families. Plenty of space and loved that we could get the bus right outside of the house. Walking to the shops and restaurants on Main St was so close and easy! The owner and property manager were both very responsive and easy to communicate with when needed.

This house is in a prime location within walking distance of downtown Park City and right across the street from the bus stop taking you directly to the base of Snow Park Lodge DV.
The amenities from the hot tub, game tables, movie room and all of the TVs were huge hits with the adults and kids. The kitchen and bar areas were well equipped with everything you could need for entertaining. The bedrooms provided plenty of space and the bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels.
Our experience with the management company was great as well. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded quickly and effectively. Overall a great stay, 5 out of 5!

Townhouse close to Main Street!
This house was perfect for our friends wedding weekend. It slept 10 people and fit our group perfectly. Just know that you’re going to have to walk straight up to get to the master!
We had an issue with the steam shower in the master bathroom. Someone was called to come fix it but they couldn’t so we were down to two showers for a group of 10. That was our only complaint - wish they checked if it worked before we got there!

Wonderful place. Plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. Theatre room was a hit. Furniture is very worn. Some things were broke. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much. Love Park City.

I had to call twice and email three times before getting a response. It wasn't a huge inhibitor, but I hope they'll be more responsive for the next guest. As you can tell, this was a high class problem and we were thrilled with our stay and hope to return in the future as a group!

Perfect Location
Property was in great condition. Location couldn't be better. Short and easy walk to the main action in Park City. Everything at the property was in perfect working condition. The owner was very thorough in his communication throughout the booking and even called me on the last night to check in to see how things were (an awesome touch as I've never had that happen before at a VRBO). I would highly recommend.

Everything you could need on a ski trip is within walking distance. Cabin was very large and we had no issues. The home audio was also outstanding. Would recommend to any group looking for a good time.

The property was in an excellent location and the setup was very nice but the property itself is severely dark and outdated with many broken and unusable components of the house. The first issue was with the media room which we would have liked to enjoy with our family. Nothing in the room worked. The cable wouldn’t connect, the sound would not play for dvds or anything else that we tried to work. The media system had no hdmi connections to hook up our own system to,not that it would have made a difference because of the sound issue. The system is 15 years out of date, I haven’t seen aux port and composite component video connections in the last decade. I text him about this and a property manager said he would come by but had no idea about the system, he never came anyways. The tv upstairs didn't work by the game loft. The cable downstairs repeatedly disconnected throughout the stay and required unplugging the system to reboot the cable box. All the appliances need updating. The dryer shuts off no matter what setting you have it on after a couple of minutes so you have to keep stalking the dryer to get your cloths to dry pushing the start over and over. The fireplace chimney probably hasn’t been cleaned out in the last decade either as smoke builds up in the house which the property management team should have noticed by the soot building up on the front of the fireplace under the tv. It takes 14 seconds to spray wd40 on a foosball table that barely moves as well all simple things not done by the management team. My favorite issue of the house was that it has 6 total rolls of toilet paper in the 3.5 bathrooms for 7 people. I asked the owner if there was a stock somewhere and said we would have to purchase our own. The cost of this property with no toilet paper is almost comical. Our July stay in Jackson hole had each bathroom fully stocked. Overall this property has such great potential but it is obvious the owner has minimal interest on his maintenance. The overall house appearance is clean where you can see but areas that aren’t trafficked or normally seen are dirty and dusty like under the couch and in corners. It’s pretty easy to remove layers of dust under a couch that easily moves. The location is amazing to everything and the layout of the house is nice for hanging out.

The owner was responsive, but had to schedule an AV company to come over and fix the TV which didn't happen until our last night. The theater room is great but you can't stream from Netflix or Amazon (DVD only and the DVD's provided are all unusable). For the kids this was a bummer as it was more of a TV room vs. theater room for watching movies. A majority of the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The owner had this fixed but again, not until the last day of our stay. Lastly, the wifi wasn't very good. I had to do work and actually had to go to a coffee shop since the wifi was so bad. Again, a good property but given the $$ we spent our expectation was that we wouldn't have the issues with these basic items.

Friends getaway
Our stay was great. We arrived in early that morning and our check-in was not until 3PM. We messaged David that day before and he told us we can get into the house as soon as 9AM. By 930 that day we were in the house and were able to get another full day of skiing in thanks to this. The house was walking distance to Town Lift and across the street from the bus stop for free transport to Deer Valley. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

Great rental with full amenities
Group of approx. 10 of us stayed for the weekend; we were all happy with the service provided as well as the actual unit. Easy to communicate with owner and property management. House had full amenities available and location was perfect. Right next to Park City main street. Recommend for people going to Park City for a weekend.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great as we could easily walk to town and to the town lift. There were ten of us so the 5 bedrooms worked out perfectly. Very spacious and comfortable place.
