Nestled in Avila Beach, this lovely condo for $435 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautifully appointed, 1400 sq. ft. luxury condominium, with secure two car garage. The beach, retail shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances, Keurig K*Elite Coffee Maker and a Dacor range and wine fridge. The kitchen is part of a custom open-plan design that includes the living and dining area. The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending granite countertops and tile flooring with stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinets. The social space encourages casual interaction, and is great for entertaining or relaxing. Three beautiful balconies with great views. There are two large bedrooms. Master suite includes King size bed, fireplace, large flat screen TV, and balcony with perfect morning and early afternoon sun. Great for morning coffee and reading! Master bath has huge, two-headed his & hers walk-in showers, granite countertops, his and her sinks and beautiful tile. Second bedroom has comfy queen bed, flat screen TV, and separate bath with walk-in shower, and granite countertops. Condo is 1/2 block from the beach with beautiful ocean view. *Avila Beach was chosen as one of Travel + Leisure magazine's, 'America's Best Little Beach Towns' in 2013.

My small family had a wonderful time in Avila. The house was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed the fireplaces since we went in December. It was also nice to have an attached two car garage. We plan on booking again.

The mattress in the MBR needs replacement; too soft, killed my lower back
The shower faucets in the MBH require plyers to turn on, it's impossible to turn on with just your hands; the stream is way too weak; the whole system needs urgent replacement as it's very old and totally non-operational.
Some lights and batteries were dead. Better maintenance is required.

We stayed at the property for thanksgiving. It had everything we needed, well appointed kitchen with lots of space for cooking. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and shops/restaurants. The off street, in garage parking was very convenient. The condo had all the amenities and more. It was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend a stay here!

Lovely, clean, and fully stocked Avila Beach 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo steps from the beach-with covered parking!! You are right in the middle of Avila and the high end finishings make you feel like you are not in a rental. Also the covered parking comes in handy as parking fills up quickly at the beach. It is a very large 2-bedroom (plus pull out couch) so a family of 6 would be comfortable staying there. Property manager was amazing and super responsive, even on a holiday weekend! Definitely a 5-star review all around for this property.

Wonderful stay. The accommodations were as described and more. Spotless and fully furnished. Restaurants were literally around the corner and the beach was right down the street.
Leslie was great to communicate with and replied quickly to any questions.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I spent 12 days staying in Avila Beach with my family. The unit was perfect in every way. Clean, great location, updated, great kitchen. The management was so helpful and easy to work with and very prompt on any requests. I will ne coming back to stay. We loved it.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. We love it so much that we cant wait to stay a 3rd time. The location is perfect....the amenities are wonderful....beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc are all avail. We love opening both patio doors while cooking dinner, feeling the breeze and enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. It is literally about 100 steps to the sand and shops. Leslie is kind and prompt and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!!!!

The property is steps away from the beach, restaurants, coffee, wine, and park which made the trip with our two young kids very convenient. The house is clean, comfortable, lovely, and has everything you need. The Friday night farmer's market was very fun and communication with owner was easy. The trip was perfect, there were no issues. Great community. Weather a little iffy, but we got to drive down to Vandenberg to see an 11pm SpaceX launch under near perfect weather conditions. Made the stay perfect.

This luxury condo is conveniently located 1/2 block from Avila’s beach/restaurants/wine tasting rooms and was the perfect home base for our Central Coast vacation. After kayaking, bike riding, ziplining, wine tasting, hiking, lighthouse tour, beach combing, and horseback riding, we enjoyed pulling into the 2-car garage and coming home to a well stocked gourmet kitchen, comfy common area, and view from the ocean facing balcony. It was pleasantly quiet for sleeping too. Leslie responded quickly and thoughtfully to all questions. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect property for our family of 5. We booked this property as a Spring Break getaway that would be close to our oldest, who attends school at CalPoly. The location of this property...one block away from the beach..was perfect. It allowed us to spend full days at the beach, with the convenience of walking back to the condo for drinks, lunch, or a bathroom break. The property itself was spotless and very high end. We loved the overall quality of the property, the furnishings, etc. We didn't pay attention to the note that mentions the garage can hold midsized cars. Don't bring your Suburban. Oops. Not a big deal...we just left the car parked across the street each night. Street parking during the day can be a challenge, so it was nice to have the garage to pull into...even if we couldn't close the garage door.
Overall this was a great property!!! We'll be back.

Great location just a short walk from the beach and the shops/restaurants in Avila. Easy check-in process with two spots in the garage for parking. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of supplies. The welcome binder has helpful instructions for everything, including the heating which was the only thing we struggled with. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo that is a block away from the beach. It was our first stay in Avila beach and we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope we are able to come back.

You cannot find a better place to stay in Avila. I like to cook so the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed were very comfortable and all the furniture was in top shape. Having a two-car garage less than a block from the beach is a big plus. This is a five star place!
