Beautifully appointed, 1400 sq. ft. luxury condominium, with secure two car garage and newly installed Mitsubishi Electric HVAC system. The beach, retail shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.
The gourmet kitchen is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances, Keurig K*Elite Coffee Maker and a Dacor range and wine fridge. The kitchen is part of a custom open-plan design that includes the living and dining area. The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending granite countertops and tile flooring with stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinets. The social space encourages casual interaction, and is great for entertaining or relaxing.
Three beautiful balconies with great views.
There are two large bedrooms. Master suite includes King size bed, fireplace, large flat screen TV, and balcony with perfect morning and early afternoon sun. Great for morning coffee and reading! Master bath has huge, two-headed his & hers walk-in showers, granite countertops, his and her sinks and beautiful tile. Second bedroom has comfy queen bed, flat screen TV, and separate bath with walk-in shower, and granite countertops.
Condo is 1/2 block from the beach with beautiful ocean view.

It's always a catch 22 leaving a review. Because if you leave a good one, more people find out and it'll be harder to get into the property. Cons: guest bedroom: bed super squeaky and my daughter had a hard time sleeping because every time she moved it made a noise. Also, the couch made a lot of noise every time someone sat in it or got up to move to the table. Pro's: It was a great place. Our hostess Leslie is super sweet. Answered every question I had. Two bedrooms two bathrooms ( I will say the smoke alarm did go off when my daughter opened the bathroom door after she took her shower, scared us probably the neighbors too) plenty of room to roam around and not get in each other's way. Kitchen fully stocked we made breakfast. This was our first time in Avila Beach and we were glad we were able to stay at this property. We happen to be there on a Friday night ( which at the time I didn't know what I made the reservation was also Memorial weekend) and there was a farmers market on the promenade (walkable not even five minutes) which was fun to attend. A lot of great restaurants we tried several while we were there visiting and we also made it to the Avila Valley barn, which was a fun place. Fed goats bought a pie. We truly did have a nice visit and made some sweet memories. We hope to return for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay in Avila Beach. The property exceeded our expectations. It was so comfortable and the location cannot be beat. We hope that we get the opportunity to stay here again!

This was my second stay at the property and it was just as great as I last remembered. The condo was spotless. The ocean, restaurants and shopping are literally right around the corner. My questions were quickly answered and checking in was a breeze.
