Located in Avila Beach, this charming house for $499 per night is a great choice for your next break. Just one block to the beach and boardwalk. Condo for Rent, View the broad panorama of Avila Beach, the Avila Pier, Port San Luis, foothills and the horizon from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Private deck with views of Avila Beach and San Luis Bay. King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Living Room is equipped with TV, wireless internet, Queen sofa sleeper or air-bed, whichever you prefer, for additional sleeping in the living room. Washer and dryer on-site. Dining Room has circular dining table for 6 plus 2 bar stools. No BBQ. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to: 1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture 2.) Take the dog to a local pet resort if there is a complaint about the dog

This was the 4th time staying at this house. We love it. You can sit on the front porch and watch the waves and people. It is in close walking distance to beach and shops. Our favorite restaurant in Avila is The Old Custom House. This unit comes with parking in garage and one parking pass, which is very nice when having people visit. The only thing this unit does not have is a BBQ. If it had one it would be perfect. We would recommend this unit to anybody.

The condo is a block form the beach with a great view from patio of ocean front. You can hear the waves crashing at night when you sleep.
Condo was well setup for our family get together. We had 3 at the place and 2 more staying at hotel around the corner. Condo was large enough for us to have several meals at the condo for all 5 of us.

You can't beat staying in a beautiful condo that is literally a block away from the beach! This Avila Beach condo was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a perfect vacation stay in Avila. The host was easy to reach for last minute questions. The decor and furniture and bedrooms were clean, and comfortable. We rented the second floor condo which came with a parking pass for parking in their little lot, but also, came with use of a one-car garage which was handy because we were at Avila during Cal Poly Graduation and the place was packed that weekend. We loved it! We will rent from this company again for sure.

We love Avila Beach and this is perfect location....a block from the beach.The unit was spacious and it was nice to have a garage for parking.One suggestion- The wood trim in the bathrooms are badly in need of repainting...moisture has caused the paint to peel.

Paradise with a View!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at 90 San Luis St. C., and it is always a joy. So conveniently close to the water and promenade, that you can walk right down for a morning coffee at Kraken, or breakfast at the Custom House. Had take out one evening at Ocean Grill, and the property had all the things you need to enjoy a family-style meal at the large dining room table.
Couple quick notes: save your rental agreement so that you know what is expected of you for checking out. Unlike most VRBO’s, this property does not have a welcome binder with the procedures. There’s only a lucite placard that tells you the wifi code/laundry room code, and information on contacting the property management. Second, make sure you read through the house amenities provided when you’re considering the property so you know what to expect - there is no grill, nor a grilling pan, so don’t expect to be BBQ’ing steak/chicken/fish. And, like 99% of the properties in Avila, there is NO A/C. Do not be confused by the wall mounted thermostat that makes you think there is! Not sure if that’s disengaged for rental, but regardless you don’t get to use it.
We love love LOVE this property! We’ve come to Avila for over 20 years and this is by far our favorite place to stay. Come enjoy the best kept secret beach in California!!

This property is absolutely amazing. The unit was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The location was unbelievable and we loved sitting in the deck and staring at the ocean. We celebrated our sons engagement right down the street on the beach and we loved being so close by. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

The condo was great. Clean, spacious and excellent location! Sleeping to the sound of the ocean was wonderful! Very close to the ocean and restaurants so no need to drive anywhere to eat. Close to grocery stores (about 10-15 min drive) to load up on groceries. The unit was very hot when we arrived and the AC was broken. We were not aware of this and fans were not provided. Once the house opened up, it cooled off but it would have been nice for management to be more proactive about the situation. Customer service was not very good. We asked for a pack n play to be in the unit and it was not there on arrival. We called management and they were very rude, claiming we had never asked for it. Furthermore, when they finally said one was being sent over, they would not give a time that it would arrive. It was late in the evening, so it caused unnecessary stress. I understand if someone forgot to put the pack n play in the unit, but there's no need to be rude about it. This was at the start of the stay so it wasn't a great way to begin the vacation. The location made up for it!

We have rented this property several times before. The property is in a very good location. The owner needs to update several things especially the two rugs. They are old, dirty and stained. The large kitchen garbage can was old, stained and broken. My husband and I bought a new one and left it there. Even that made a nice improvement. The Coastal Vacation Staff is very good and we have rented with them for several years.

Avila Beach is the perfect quiet hideaway on the mid-coast, and this apartment is the perfect space in which to quarter yourself to enjoy it to the max. The open-space, two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout is ideal for ease of living, and it's fully equipped with all you might need. The view embraces San Luis Bay from a location close enough to hear the surf breaking on the beach 24/7. Meanwhile, the restaurants a block away offer a satisfying range of options for eating out. Couldn't ask for more!

Avilla Beach is perfect if you're looking for a quiet nighttime locale. The small downtown does not have late night drinking and dancing (great for sleeping). Short Lyft ride to Pismo Beach for that.This unit has a fantastic covered deck with excellent beach panorama. 1 short block from main beach. Clean large spacious accommodation. We had two couples and one single on pull out couch and it was not at all crowded.
