Located in Avila Beach, this charming condo for $410 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. How are we protecting our vacation rentals? Visit /vacation-rental-faqs AVILA BEACH ESCAPE is a spacious two bedroom condo just 4 minutes from the beach, promenade shopping and dining. At ground level is a large master suite and en-suite jetted tub and walk-in shower, and TV. The master suite has a private patio with fire-pit. Having the fire-pit takes just enough of the evening beach chill away extending patio evening hours. On the second level is a roomy great room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, dining for 6, plus 3 bar stools. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Panoramic windows frame mountain views.The skylights and upper windows provide plenty of natural light in living areas. Off the living room and kitchen is a balcony with a propane BBQ to whip up your taste morsels after a day in the sun or nearby Avila Golf course. The living room has a fireplace and large TV. The kitchen has designer appliances and is large enough for two chefs to share the space while guests gather around the granite island. AVILA BEACH ESCAPE has a lot of owner touches including local artist work. The condo has hardwood floors, bedrooms are carpeted; basic Spectrum; WIFI; washer/dryer; propane BBQ; fluffy white linens and towels; cooking utensils and serving dishes; sleeps 6 (master-king, 2nd bedroom-queen, living room-queen sleeper sofa); nearby Avila Beach Golf Resort and Bob Jones bike trail. No smoking or vaping, no pets. One car garage plus one space within the complex. The condo does have a portable AC unit. Please ask Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals to setup prior to your arrival, if needed. Note, there is a programming error on websites. This home DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. It has a jetted bathroom tub.

Everything was great. We had some issues with the main TV and remote and getting it to work, but besides that everything was fantastic. Property was clean and well-maintained. Checkin and checkout were very easy.

Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable.

Great place to stay!
Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable.

Refreshing time in Avila
This was the perfect place for us, an easy walk to coffee shops, a little market, and the beach! We enjoyed dinner at the Custom House and Fat Cat’s. There is a step down from the garage entry that one should be mindful of. We didn’t use the outside seating areas, but they were very inviting and just as pictured. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!

Gas & groceries were further away, but google maps and having a plan makes this easy to deal with.

We rented this as an overflow property for a larger group we were hosting at Casa Avila (2895 Avila Beach). I did not spend much time in this location except to help check our guests in. The property was exceptionally neat and clean. It looked fantastic and worked well for our guests staying there.

The location is nearly perfect right next to the post office and La Fonda Hotel. The condo is super clean, updated, and has nearly everything you need.
Only critique - the instructions for entry are not 100% accurate - wrong location listed for keypad and it should have said to enter garage before using door code.
The kitchen is a little cramped for space due to the fridge being too large for the space and the door opens the wrong way.
All in all - great value for the money.

Excellent customer service leading up to arrival. Wonderful location, close to everything in town including dining, beach, park and bike trail. Home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Views from all windows weren’t spectacular but that didn’t take away from our wonderful time in this unit or this beachside community.

Our experience at the Seven Sisters property was perfect! The condo was beautiful - clean, well-appointed, and offered privacy and easy access to town and the beach. We called on the girls for help with a small issue and they were there in minutes - with great attitudes. We loved our stay and will go back again!

Everything about this condo is wonderful! It is a bright, clean and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It has a beach theme decor and many special touches. There is a lovely patio with fireplace off the master bedroom and a balcony off the great room complete with barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful ocean themed dishes, glassware and utensils, stainless steel pots and pans and even baking supplies! There is a gas fireplace in the great room for cool nights. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have on vacation. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing at night with a glass of wine!
The location is perfect for a beach vacation or as a home base to explore the Central Coast and Paso Robles wine country. It is 2 short blocks to the ocean and the quaint main street of Avila Beach with cute shops, wine tasting and nice restaurants. Breakfast outside at Custom House watching the ocean is amazing! You can walk along the ocean out to Port San Luis and be entertained by seals, otters and pelicans, rent a kayak or go fishing or whale watching. Across the street you can play 18 holes of golf and explore the Bob Jones Trail. Incredible! All this within walking distance!
