About this condo rental
Nestled in Avila Beach, this charming condo for $558 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. How are we protecting our vacation rentals? Visit /vacation-rental-faqs LIFE IS A BREEZE beach condo is a 3 minute walk - 446 feet to the beach and downtown Avila Beach. The condo is located in is one of the best gated community locations - Ocean 17. Entering the home, at street level, there is a master ensuite (queen bed) with fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Up a flight of stairs is the second ensuite (cal-king bed), main living area with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel Viking appliances, breakfast bar and large balcony. Owner provides a twin tri-fold mattress pad - making sleeping occupancy 6 (1 cal-king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room). From the kitchen is panoramic mountain views with balcony. Just off the living room is another balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to a spacious rooftop deck with mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or entertaining. The BBQ center has a built-in mini refrigerator and gas BBQ, and dining table for 4. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and an easy stroll to Avila Beach Golf Course and Bob Jones biking and walking trail. Suitability: couples retreat, 2 stories plus rooftop BBQ center, glimpse of ocean view, king bed, queen bed, 2 car garage, full size laundry center, chef kitchen, linens provided, no smoking. Owner will consider one (1) dog under 45 pounds, non-shedding, house broke, crated when left alone, pet fee applies. No exception to pet policy (breeds such as a retrievers are not good fits because of size and shedding). Pet fee is $75/night, max $225.

Took advantage of a friends wedding to plan a family vacation. The location was perfect for daily walks on the beach. The house was clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio that was connected to the kitchen. The roof deck was very nice but we really didn’t take advantage of it….

Booked a last minute trip to the beach and so glad we did! The condo was perfect for our needs and as described. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We came during an October heatwave and the large slider doors, in addition to the provided tower fan, helped keep the condo comfortable during the day. My only recommendation is providing a garage door clicker and/or set of keys (installation of a key pad?) to the front door. It was a little inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open/close the garage but didn’t hinder our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

This went well overall. T'he beds are very nice and the location is just the best. The place was secure and we felt like communication was done very fast. I think this is done well

What a great place to stay. 1 minute walk to the beach. Clean and confortable. The only thing for us was that our car did not fit in the garage and parking during the day on the street was tough. We made it work just fine. After 5 parking frees up.

We had a very enjoyable 3 beach days and this condo was key in that experience. The space was clean, comfortable and we really liked the open feeling (porch off both sides of the living area). We'd definitely rent again.

Very nice updated condo steps from the beach. Living room needs more comfortable seating but overall it is beautifully updated and has everything for 4 people to sleep comfortably.
