We loved this condo!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The beds and linens and towels were all so comfortable and clean. What really made this place awesome was all of the conveniences: the washer/dryer, beach towels, beach toys, garage, two full baths and the perfectly stocked kitchen, just to name a few. But perhaps our favorite part was the location. We walked everywhere!

This was a great location and overall nice home. However, there were many things that weren't working that didn't get addressed despite us filling out a fix it form as instructed. The following were broken: Grill ignitor, dishwasher, kitchen lights (they stayed on and would not turn off), hot water in kitchen sink. These are all things that seemingly should have been caught with prior renters or in between renters, but somehow weren't. I believe this was a new property to seven sisters, so I am guessing they will get this fixed. We stopped into the office to let them know about the kitchen lights when we first arrived, which they sent someone out for (but it wasn't fixed). For the other items, the office was closed when we found them, so we filled an online form out and asked someone to come fix them. Nobody came and we were never contacted. I know we visited over July 4th weekend, a very busy time, but would have appreciated at least a call back to acknowledge that so many things were broken during our stay.

Loved the roof top deck and bbq with great views. Best of all is the location - right in the heart of Avila and one block off the beach. Only 15 minutes from our daughter in SLO, we will definitely be coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! So close to the beach and all the cute shops and stores but was nice to be off the main road and the pedestrian traffic. The home itself is beautiful and bright. Lots of windows and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to be able to relax on the front porch or rooftop decks. Loved having a garage to park our car in! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only suggestion I would have is to have lamps on the nightstands by the bed. It would have been nice to be able to read in bed at night or relax without having the harsh overhead light on. If that small adjustment was made this house would be perfect.

Two couples travelled together and we enjoyed hanging out together on the front deck area, enjoying our drinks and meals in the nice dining area and playing some games together into the night. Pretty Good
The location was great. The overall property was nice with a few concerns. There were things that the cleaning crew missed that were disappointing since we paid such a high price to stay at the condo. Old butter was left on a dish, the master closet needed to be dusted out. Hot pads had crusted old food. The outdoor spaces weren't clean at all... the little things added up and since our stay was during COVID-19.

This is a cute, tidy apartment right in downtown and a block & a half from the beach. The garage was great and the kitchen was well outfitted Unfortunately the way it's constructed, the staircase and living room of the downhill apartment are immediately on the other side of the wall from the bedrooms. We barely slept either of the nights because our neighbors rolled in at midnight on Friday then partied until 1 or 2am on Saturday night.

We stayed at Beachy Keen with our son and daughter-in-law. We used it as "home base" as we toured the Central Coast. There's so much to do and when we returned to Beachy Keen, it was as if we were walking into our own personal home. The neighborhood was quiet, yet we were within walking distance to tasting rooms, breakfast places, and nightlife. We also enjoyed grilling from the rooftop deck. The bedrooms are situated so that everyone has privacy ... one is upstairs and one downstairs. The living area is very inviting and comfortable. We loved having the fireplaces to knock the chill off in the evenings. Having garage parking was the "cherry on top." No parking worries when you stay at Beachy Keen. Our family had a magnificent time, wished we could have stayed longer (as there is a lot to fill your days), and would highly recommend you stay at Beachy Keen if you are considering a trip to the Central Coast of California.
