Located in Avila Beach, this attractive house for $396 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. How are we protecting our vacation rentals? Visit /vacation-rental-faqs Located across the street from the Avila Golf Resort, the home offers open concept living, coastal and hillside views. Avila Amore is designed with open living space in mind. The natural sunlight pours into the main living area and two sliding doors in the living room open to create a comfortable cross-breeze. The kitchen amenities include quartz stone slab countertops, and Thermador stainless steel appliances. Fine Room & Board modern furnishings throughout. Also at the main level is a bedroom. The first bedroom on the main level has a comfy over-sized queen, memory-foam sleeper sofa (+ 5" inches). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination accessible to the bedroom just off the hallway. Up a flight of stairs to a jr. suite and large master suite. The jr. suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Also on the second level is a grand master suite. The master suite has a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and roomy walk-in shower. Just off the master suite is another balcony with a glimpse of ocean and pier views. Open the sliding door to hear the sound of rolling waves and feel the gentle ocean breeze against your skin. The start to a perfect beach morning. Bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and and entertaining. Propane grill located off the kitchen balcony. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the home. Furnishings are from Room & Board with a light, airy beachy color pallet. There is a two car garage, plus driveway parking for 2 more autos. There is a Tesla wall charger (guest to provide adapters, as needed). You will enter the home from a private drive (Beach Colony Drive) and this road leads to the beach and downtown area. The better picturesque views are on the backside of the house. With the private road below the balconies there is minimal pedestrian and auto noise in comparison to other Avila Beach locations. - Minimum night stays based on seasonality. - Max occupancy is 6. Pets are not allowed. - Max 4 autos on property (2 in garage, 2 driveway) - Home has SmartTvs. There is no cable channel lineup. Guest are to use personal login for their favorite entertainment apps (ie, Netflix, YouTube TV) 7SVR properties utilize exterior security cameras for the protection of the property and safety of our homeowners, employees and guests.

Wonderfully decorated and newer home with many detailed comforts (sound machines and kitchen supplies). Also, the garage and two carport spaces are spacious and the road to them is gated. The beach was only a short walk. We wish the sofa bed was a regular bed. We used the sound machines which helped the street noise. Overall, a great place we would consider renting again.

We returned to Amore Avila for the second year in a row. This property suits our family well and is a quick walk to the beach. It is full of all the amenities you might need and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware for eating in. We hope to return for a third year next summer!

The house is very upgraded, and has everything you need to have a great vacation with family. The beach is very close, along with all the great restaurants! If you are a light sleeper, there are some great noise machines in the rooms that face the street. If you need groceries, get them ahead in SLO or Pismo Beach (or use a delivery service).

I image most people don't go to Avila to watch TV. But! Sometimes in relaxing to watch your favorite programs, something we couldn't do because there was no "regular" TV, only Smart TV. Missed all the football on Sat. and Sun. And whats the reason for not having three beds in a three bedroom house. The house was clean. Don't think we'll be staying here again.

Very Nice Property.
Avila beach never disappoints and this property did not either. If you have a service dog, they will ask you, what kind of service dog they are and what they are trained to do. They will also monitor you coming in and out. There are cameras everywhere. I was asked how many people were staying there because the owner said "the door opening and closing" suggested we had more than 6 people in the home. None the less, the property is as described and very comfortable and clean.

Great location in downtown Avila
We stayed for a week in Avila with three kids ages 3-5 and the condo was great for our stay given proximity to beach, Avila Barn and downtown SLO. A few notes for families with small kids: the living room space is not that big so three little kids felt cramped at times when playing puzzles/toys on the floor. If you're adults or bigger kids this isn't likely an issue. Also, the master bedroom gets a lot of direct sun in the afternoon and there are no blackout shades which made nap time in that room impossible. Again, not an issue for bigger kids/adults.
The home has soft water (this is common for all the houses in the area) but if you're sensitive to the taste bring some bottles/jugs of water for drinking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and basic seasonings. There was shampoo/conditioner in the baths which was appreciated. Thanks for the stay!

Wanted to spend some time with our adult daughters visiting an area we have visited a few times when they were much younger. With another Covid surge projected we looked at house/condo rentals rather than our time share at San Luis Bay Inn. We were not disappointed. easy walk to the Beachfront and beach, easy commute to everything else on our "bucket" list. End unit was relatively quiet in off season. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to avoid most restaurants. Well stocked unit with board games, books and TVs. Well laid out for privacy. Would happily rent again!

House was lovely! VERY clean!! High end furniture, Room and Board! I have a few of the items myself. My first impression walking into the house was wow, this is a lot smaller than the pictures! That was a huge disappointment. Not that we needed the space, but I LOVED how roomy the pictures looked. The front room was cozy. With that being said, the deck areas were large and spacious. The master bedroom was comfortable, slept well. The second bedroom upstairs bathroom was small. Looked much bigger in the pictures. Room for one person. You can definitely hear the traffic, trucks zooming down the street. I could hear them in the master when awake. The air conditioner was set way too high for us, so we always walked into a cold house. We set it much cooler for night, since we were not there during the day. No filters for the coffee machine, so we had to go buy them. They had some tea, but no coffee filters. We didn’t cook or bbq, so can’t help with if it was stocked. There is no front door key, so you can’t come in through the front door when at the beach. The back drive is secured, so you can’t short cut through the back secure gate if your at the beach. You have to go around to the side back door, down stairs, open combination lock, go into garage, up flight of stairs and open front door. Inconvenient, but not horrible. Lots of stairs, which didn’t bother me, but it was a bit tiring for my husband. Up 2 flights from the garage, then 2 to bedrooms. The downstairs bathroom had a large shower and was quite big. Wish the bathrooms were switched. I’d like to stay again, but my husband really didn’t like all the stairs.

First off Seven Sisters is amazing. Terry found our family this home when we were left stranded by another rental company. This home was perfect for our family of 6. Its was meticulously clean and beautiful with walking distance to Avila Beach. We will definitely be using Seven Sisters again.

This is the best rental home we have stayed in over the past 10 years. The kitchen is well stocked for those of us who prefer to cook in, the bathrooms are spacious and well designed, and the bedrooms are comfortable. You cannot beat the location: just a quick walk to the beach and the provided wagon was perfect! There is some street noise and if you're a light sleeper, I would recommend you bring ear plugs; white noise machines were provided and helped immensely at night. Would definitely recommend this house to our family and friends!

Perfect getaway to reset!
Really clean and new. Great spaces in the home to gather or retreat for alone time. The house has all you need except beach towels. We biked, walked and ran to the beach and down the Bob Jone’s trail several times during our stay. We also made a few trips into San Luis. There is so much to do. One of my favorite spots in the house was the sunny balconies with a glimpse of the ocean on the horizon. You are close to neighbors but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

We decided to up and leave on whim at 4pm on a Saturday to do a WFH/School from Home vacay. We lucked into this spot in Avila Beach on our drive and we couldn't have been happier. Great for a family of 5 - bike trails, jogging, golf, beach all walking distance. And, it's Avila Beach. As for the accommodations and host - can't say enough about how well we were taken care of. Thank you to Terri and her team for being wonderful to us throughout our stay. We'll be back.

Beautiful, new, modern home ideally located a few minutes walk from Avila beach. The house had everything we needed. Including beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The owners must be chefs! Seven sisters responded quickly to any questions we had and even collected wetsuits we had left behind. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you for the hospitality.

Now when I think of my vacation from working as a COVID RN I will think of the terrible after experience trying to figure out pending charges on my credit card and knowing I was being watched and not the wonderful trip I had.

Now when I think of my vacation from working as a COVID RN I will think of the terrible after experience trying to figure out pending charges on my credit card and knowing I was being watched and not the wonderful trip I had.

We had a great time at Amore Avila. From the moment we walked in to the sparkling clean condo we knew it was going to be a great stay. Our kids did remote learning a few of the days and the set up in the office was perfect with 2 desks and a sofa bed. We loved being a short walk to the beach and enjoying evenings on the balconies. We hope to stay at Amore Avila again.
