Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $350 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This 2 bedroom 7th floor end unit features sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, the bay and San Destin golf course from two over sized balconies and almost every room in this large condo. You can even see the water from the kitchen. Four sets of sliding glass doors allow access to the two balconies ...One gulf front and one bay front. Our bright light filled home was redecorated in January 2020 with an cozy beach cottage feel. Crisp white walls, shiplap in the Foyer, Dining Room and Living Room. Custom headboard wall in the Gulf view Master Bedroom. The living room features a new over sized sectional sofa that seats 7+ and contains a queen size sleeper, two spool chairs, a new entertainment console, 75" Samsung Smart TV, BluRay Player and Yamaha Surround Sound Receiver with Bluetooth for streaming music. A second dining table complete the luxurious living room. An unusual feature in our home is the separate Dining Room that seats six guests at the new round table and enjoys panoramic views of the bay, San Destin golf course and Mainsail's pool area & tennis courts. The dining room has a sliding glass door to the bay side balcony and opens to the chef's kitchen and breakfast bar has seating for three more guests and features everything you could need, including a view of the bay. Granite counters, new appliances, barware, professional style knives, all new cook ware, silverware, dishes and bake ware make this a kitchen you'll feel right at home in. The gulf front Master Suite features a gorgeous mahogany king-size bed, new mattress, King Size MyPillows, hand-carved armoire with 42' led Smart TV and an ihome radio on the night stand. Adjoining the master suite is a private dressing area with custom built cherry closets. The gulf front balcony with breath taking sunrise views, is accessible from the master suite. A spacious Guest Suite features crisp white linens and brand new mahogany queen size spindle bed, Queen Size MyPillows, long dresser with mirror and an ihome radio on the nightstand. Plantation shutters, a custom closet and 45" LED Smart TVcomplete the room. Each balcony is spacious and features custom designed wicker furniture and cushions. On the gulf side balcony there is a teak table and four over sized chairs... A perfect place to enjoy a sunrise breakfast or cocktails after a long day on the beach. The bay side balcony is a great place to relax with a book or chat with friends and family. Furnished with two rocking swivel chairs, sofa with two endtables and chaise lounge with a teak side table. With a premium view of the tennis courts, you can cheer on a tennis game. The local attractions are ever-changing and our home is located very close to many of them. Our 800 ft private beach is at the top of that list! But if you must leave the beach, the silver sands factory stores is directly across the street, featuring over 100 top designer store outlets and several restaurants - BRAND NEW CHIK-FILA is walking distance from the condo, for a coffee drinker, there is a Starbucks in walking distance! Several golf courses are also near by including a par 3 course and putt putt. Big kahuna's water park is a just short drive west. Grande Destin is just a short drive to upscale shops and dining just to the east. Destin commons an outdoor mall is just two miles to the west. Many additional activities are available in the area: fishing (beach, pier and deep), wild life viewing, horse back ridding, golf, tennis and much more. The seventh floor view, gulf breezes and the sounds of the ocean are unforgettable from this luxury condo. Just a few steps away, walk out on to one of the whitest beaches and into the emerald green waters of the gulf, where once again, readers of southern living magazine have confirmed Destin, Florida as one of their favorite southern destinations and family getaways. The main picture used for this property showing immediate proximity to the water/beach made me think the condo was on the beach end of the building with a balcony right over the beach. It was actually two long buildings back and on the opposite end of the second building overlooking the tennis courts and parking garage. Our view was away from the beach toward a shopping area. The balcony used for the picture was very small with a distant beach view over pass many other condos with about two hours of sun in the morning back in a corner. I had looked forward to sitting on the balcony in the sun, reading and enjoying the beach/ water view. Disappointed!

Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the condo. We liked that it was quiet and there was a private entrance with security. We loved the private beach aspect; it was a holiday weekend, and it did not seem overcrowded. I gave the accuracy of listing 4 stars due to the fact that the 1st picture has been manipulated to seem like you are right on the water, you are not. It is still an ocean view, but it is not that close. The rest of the condo was accurate. Overall, the condo was really clean except for the last evening, the water was slow going down in the 2nd bathroom, so I removed the drain and a huge wad of hair came with it. No one had used that shower with long hair, so it had to of been from another renter. I do know that is not the landlord's fault though, but it was still gross. I recommend staying here and we will probably book this room again if we visit this beach again.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Weather was gorgeous and the water was crystal clear and amazing up until the last couple days. Still swam of course just had seaweed in our suits! Mainsail property itself was overall good, loved the pools and hot tub plus the gas grills were a bonus my husband enjoyed. This unit had very comfy newer mattresses and plenty of linens and towels. Also supplied enough pods for laundry and dishwasher to get us through the week which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but is set up very bizarrely with the laundry closet doors opening up against the fridge. It made for a cramped experience trying to get into the refrigerator for items but we made do. Kitchen counters are cracking and it appears they just painted over wallpaper in there, looks pretty shoddy. Master bath needs improvement, old dated wallpaper and a cramped shower but closet space was amazing. Never did get communication back on using Wi-Fi nor received email with the information, but we didn’t really miss it as we were here to relax on the beach. Living area was nice with plenty of seating and comfortable. No curtains or shades though in any of the main areas, so keep that in mind if you are going to be using the pull out for sleeping. Sun pops in pretty early and everyone can see in at night. Also, the floors and mirrors were not very clean upon arrival but I realize that is likely the cleaning crew hired by property management and no fault of owner.

If you want a gorgeous view this is the place. Being a corner unit it has a view of the Gulf and a view of the Bayside. At night on the Bayside you can see all the lights all around while the Gulf side is dark. Then in the daytime the Gulf is beautiful. Even though a beach set up comes the with the condo you will need to go down every morning and put your towels on a set, if the chairs aren’t there just place the towels at the bottom of the umbrella and the chair guys will put them on the chairs. If you aren’t an early riser you may miss an opportunity to get a good umbrella position. They start putting them out between 7:00-7:15AM. You can go back anytime of the day it doesn’t matter, no one will take them. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would possibly need and then some. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating but they serve the purpose. The beach is beautiful and not that crowded as it is a private beach for the condos. You are located conveniently to Destin and also to 30-A. It is a safe location as the condos are gated and you need a parking pass to come and go. It is just steps from an elevator which is convenient. If you enjoy shopping the condos are right across Hwy 98 from the outlets. You could actually walk if you wanted to. There are several other shopping areas just minutes from the condo. If you want great views don’t hesitate to rent this one!!

Our stay was beautiful. The condo views were amazing from all sides. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is overstocked with anything you could need. Therein lies the problem that we had. There is not one empty cabinet to store any groceries. We had to put them on the washer and dryer, because you can't leave it on the counter, then you have no space to cook. We cooked breakfast everyday then ate dinner out but there was no space. Since we stayed a week, we needed some space for some groceries. The distance between the wash and the fridge is a tight squeeze also. Also, for any other renters, you can't use liquid laundry soap in the washer. You have to use the pods. I learned that after I bought the liquid already. The people that check you in at the gate aren't the friendliest, even after coming and going , they never did get friendly, but the area is great and it's close to everything. The beach is amazing and it's nice that 2 chairs come with the room. The AC in the unit works great. One final thing. checkin is at 3pm. We got there a little early, we drove in from Huntsville, and you can't get into the room early. The lock is on a timer, so we explored the area intil the lock worked. They are still doing some construction work, but it never really bothered us. We definitely would like to stay in the same area when we come back next year.

We arrived at 3 pm unit had not been cleaned beds not made old linens on floor. We left and called owner we did not get in till 7:30 pm. Owner would not compensate us at all. We will. NEVER BE BACK. Not recommended at all Buyer beware there are so many add one. 2 nights over 1k

My family of four with 2 adults and 2 teen boys stayed here in mid-March and had ample room. The owner was easy to work with - he even accommodated a request to extend our stay by a day with no problem. As others have said, the condo is currently half-renovated. The dining room, bedrooms and living areas have newer, comfortable furnishings. The washing machine had some mold buildup inside and an odor as is sometimes typical of a front loader, so if you will be doing laundry during your stay, be aware of that. The bathrooms were adequate but in need of some cosmetic renovations. Overall, a great place for a reasonable price. The biggest draw here is the pristine beach at this condo complex. The waters are crystal clear, the beach itself is beautiful and well maintained. The umbrella and chair service is a bonus, as well. The light that comes into the condo from sunrise to sunset is so beautiful. As others have said, there are currently only blinds in the bedrooms, so if you plan on having someone sleep in the living room area, keep that in mind. We didn’t mind as we enjoyed the beauty of the sunlight streaming through the condo. Overall, a great place. It is on the end of the complex that is opposite the ocean, so if you want true ocean-front, this may not be the one for you. However, the view of the gulf is still lovely from the living room and master bedroom - you are just a little removed from the gulf.

Nice condo in an older building. Condo is mostly updated. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Well stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, small appliances, and towels. Consumable supplies are barely stocked to get you started -- soaps, paper products, cleaning supplies as well as nothing for cooking, not even salt and pepper or coffee filters. From the pictures, I thought it was on the front (beach end) of the building but it is actually at the back of the building. We still had a nice view of the water and it was great to have two balconies (also with nice furniture).

Good access to beach, comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen. We did not see water from the bay, partial view of the ocean. Warning: we were surprised no window coverings except master bedroom, which had several slats of vertical blinds missing. We were two hours after check in time to arrive and condo was not cleaned. Owner was very responsive and got cleaners in but it still took three more hours. He offered us a small refund off our first day fee but we had to call several times over several weeks and then go through VRBO to actually get it. Overall, a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The sunrises were crazy beautiful from the living room. We slept really well with the sound of the waves and the king bed was very comfortable. The condo is in the middle of an update, and it will be super nice when complete.

This rental has beautiful views and comfortable beds/ furniture. It is close to shopping and steps from the water. Only suggestion I would have is to have blinds in the living room to block the sun from streaming in the window at certain times of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is right on the beach. It has a fabulous master suite and bathroom with a patio off the Master bedroom with a view of the beach. The living room is large and extremely comfortable! It is a very spacious condo!

This is our 9th year at Mainsail and our 3 with this property owner. The views from this unit are amazing!!! The condo is clean with everything you need. The owner is fabulous to work with and quick to respond to any concerns. Beds and couch are very comfortable! I would 10/10 recommend!

Robert’s condo on the coast is the real deal! Panoramic views to die for, high end finishes, hands off approach. You can’t go wrong here. Mainsail is a nice resort and we enjoyed our time there. Also, we had a situation where we forgot something in the condo and realized it hours later. Robert (and associates) handled the situation with professionalism, grace and a little humor as well. This place is a must next time you’re in Miramar!!

Overall was a good experience. Be careful of the entrance to the condo. We had an attendant drop the gate bar on our vehicle. Minor damages but hoa manager was very apologetic. Spoke to my husband and will reimburse the expenses to repair. First time in the Destin area and it extremely crowded in July

Great location and Views
Just returned home from our stay and had a great time. Room is exactly as described along with onsite amenities. Had minor issue with door code at arrival, called owner and within 2 minutes he had us a new code and we were in.
Beach is close and chair service was a very nice bonus.
Will be saving unit for future visits and highly recommend.

Robert goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and free from stress. The property is very well kept and is undergoing some very nice upgrades. The location to the beach and access to all of the attractions and shopping, dining etc. are excellent. Me and my wife will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately, there was no mention of the construction of multiple buildings right outside of our balcony. Construction site was trashy and noisy. Unit had blinds in boxes that needed to be installed behind the couch. Kitchen so small the fridge wouldn't open completely. Renters aren't allowed front line of chairs along the ocean, only owners, so you must sit behind them at all her beach.

This condo was Beautiful !! The decor of the condo was so nice and made it so open and airy. We really appreciated the ocean view and great location as it was just steps from the pool and beach.
