Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: The condo boasts one of kind granite that you will not see anywhere else, there are full-size appliances, Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TVs in master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" SMART TV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bed has been upgraded with high end tempurpedic mattresses! We also have the 3BR and 4BR condo next door for larger families that need more space!! There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. I have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. We picked this condo for its great location.There were a few things we would change, the light bulbs in all the bedrooms were low watts and really need to be changed so you can see better, we weren't given a gate code to access the beach at check in but lucked out and some other guests were there and gave us the number, we would prefer less fancy bedspreads and throw pillows on the beds. We like the bedspreads that are washable with the clean bed quarentee. If those things were changed this condo would be Perfect. We would rent this condo again. It is large and has plenty of storage and a superb large balcony.

Really nice room. Floors got our socks black in just a little while. Bedding didn’t fit very well but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The deck is huge with a great view. The interior is well decorated with high ceilings. Bathrooms are nice too.
No Kleenex and a flimsy trash were the only complaints but who cares - the place is amazing.

what a beautiful unit. it has everything you need for your vacation. the modern look is just stunning. views from the 17th floor will never be forgotten. one of the king beds needs so support replacements and a chair on the balcony needs a new screw. the outdoor pool could use some time of heater for the cooler months. some of the sinks had hair in them on arrival but nothing we couldnt look past due to this amazing place. 5 stars no questions. i hope we get to come and stay again in the years to come. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with others.

The Condo was everything we’d hoped for. Even though we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable, the veranda and view were fantastic. No issues with parking or the elevators. We used Ike’s beach service & Dalton was great.Location was perfect for restaurants & shopping. We’d definitely stay here again; it was a wonderful anniversary. The only change I’d recommend is to replace the huge coffee table to something smaller so the sitting area isn’t so crowded.

The Phoenix is a very nice facility, great location and I had a wonderful time. There was ample parking, elevators were never crowded or a wait and in the condo it was very quiet. I felt the condo itself should have been cleaner. Popcorn and other debris on the floor and under the coffee table, bathrooms floors weren’t clean and patio table was filthy. I bought some cleaning supplies and took care of it. Otherwise a very nice condo. I would return to the Phoenix again.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were comfy. The view was beautiful facing the gulf. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping stores. The complex was very clean and the people working there were very friendly.

The condo was wonderful with great views. The bedding was dirty. One of the rooms the mattress pad had a big hole and was like plastic. It was fixed for us quickly. The comforters were uncomfortable and there were not additional blankets.
The kitchen supply was the best we have experienced in this type of setting.
The condo was quiet and the beach was wonderful.
It was as if the floors have never been scrubbed. You may want to evaluate the cleaning service.

This condo was a very spacious and clean. However there were a few minor things that could have made things better, the master bedroom lamp didn’t work. The comforter in the master bedroom had a giant stain when I flip it over, so that made me scared so we slept with the blanket provided, but of course we washed it and all the sheets, on all the beds, that’s when noticed the bed liner was disgusting. Other that that we had a great time. I would suggest this spot to friends and family 😍.

From renting to checking in was so easy. The place was so nice and we all loved it. To get up and see the sun rise one way and watch the aunt set the other way. It was perfect. We all had a blast and would tell anyone to rent this property, you won’t be disappointed.

With the exception of 2 of the 3 bathroom toilet seats being very broken upon our arrival to the point of needing replacement by maintenance on a weekend and a few frayed towels, we felt this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was great and suited us perfectly for 3 couples vacationing in GSAL. However, we would suggest the bedrooms have some type of furniture piece (bench, chair, table, etc.) to put things on such as the bed's decorative pillows when not in use versus on the floor.

Me and 4 of my childhood friends came down for a long weekend and stayed in this condo. It was very nice. Everything was clean and comfy! Great location and great property! The dryer stopped working during day 3 of our trip and the owner had a maintenance man there the same day! Highly recommend!

Beautiful view
The process was very smooth and easy! Everything was just as it said. Quiet time is 10pm every night, however it did get very loud in the hallways as we had an infant that was trying to sleep. Maybe some soundproofing? This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and would highly recommend this condo for families the pool and all of the other amenities were absolutely wonderful!

Great place to stay
This was a very nice property that served us very well. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The room was also in walking distance to some of the popular spots such as The Hangout, Surf Style, Bahama Bobs, and others.
We really enjoyed that every room had their own bathroom. There was no battling for showers. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses to cover our needs. All cups appeared to be glass, which made us a little nervous with the clumsy kids. I would suggest bringing your own kid-approved cups if needed. The fitness center was nice to use as well. We did use the beach service for chairs and umbrella, and those people were nice and professional to deal with. It would be nice if the room came with beach toys, but that is just me being picky so I dont have to pack those. We did not have any issues during the stay, so we did not have a reason to contact the owner for anything.
I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our morning coffee and family dinners on the spacious back patio.
The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and very warm. The air pump, located in the pool room came in handy for our pool floats and toys.
The lazy River was relaxing for those days we adults could just float and enjoy the sunshine.
A huge bonus for us was the parking on the same floor as our condo. Made packing and unpacking easy with the included shopping carts.
We would come back to this location in a heartbeat. We felt so welcome and stress-free. Our family of 7 had the best vacation and one that will be talked about for years to come.
