The staff was amazing, the location was good
The room had absolutely no lighting and when I say no lighting, I mean no lighting. Requested a lamp for the desk to be able to do my makeup and the lamp they sent was a joke. It was miserable because I literally did not have enough lighting to do my makeup. I went buy a makeup mirror but still not enough light. I have never stayed at an hotel with this little lighting. Not sure if it was just my room or the entire hotel. Room was very small which I expected for New York but not for the price.

Got into room quickly, quiet, nice touches like popcorn and water in the lobby
HATED that the staff used the same elevators as the guests. THere was always a ginat cart trying to push into the elevator and the elevator made many more stops to accomodate te cleaning staff---should have a staff only elevator

Celebrating my birthday In New York this amazing hotel was a highlight. Everyone was so nice the staff, the amazing smells inside the hotel, the decorations the rooms were so clean everything was beautiful and made my birthday celebration so special. Thank you for the staff and everyone who worked on August 15, 2026.

The location was good. The bathroom and rooms was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Hotel was very noisy. Had to move my room to a different floor because of the noise. Didnt Like the crowd of people coming to the nightclub. Hard to get thru sometimes to the front door. Air conditioning was not working in the hallways and elevators and cleaning staff using guest elevators to get around to different floors.
