Nestled in Pismo Beach, this charming house for $743 per night is a great choice for your next break. You have found the ultimate beach house (house not condo)! Sleeps 6 comfortably (three queen beds, each room with bathroom!), we will allow 8 though (provided air mattress in garage to use as well as couch) . This immaculate three story home is decorated with a mix of elegant and fun ocean-themed decor throughout. Garage parking, ocean view, and walking to the beach! Location location location! Plus ammenties! You will find sparkling quartz counter tops, an enticing coffee and tea bar, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking, free wifi, iHome docking stations in each bedroom, 4k flat-screen tv's with cable in each bedroom and the living room, a flat screen tv in the garage to hook up your gaming system as well as a ping-pong table and free arcade system with over 400 games, board games, beach gear (ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels), baby gear (highchair, pack-n-play, stroller), 2nd floor balcony patio with gas grill and seating, 3rd floor sitting area with two rocking chairs, and rooftop deck with dining table plus lounge seating. all interior walls and floors insulated for sound and privacy, ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room, whole-house soft water system, dust mite/allergen proof mattress and pillow covers, velvet hangers, iron with ironing board, hair dryers, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels & linens, etc!

Location is great, house is beautiful inside and out. Cooking meals for my family was nice in the lovely kitchen. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table under the unique chandelier. There are a lot of stairs, but not an issue. Some things could have been a bit cleaner, hand prints on the walls in the stair well, and the windows behind the couch, refrigerator had some crumbs, under the beds there were “dust bunnies”, and some spider webs and spiders on the patios. Everything else, however, was clean and comfortable, beds, linens, bathrooms, etc. My family enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!

Great location, nice house, weird floor plan. House could be roomier if there wasn’t so much unnecessary furniture. Example would be the furniture that has the Kuerig on it. Takes away from extra room around the table. Bedroom upstairs doesn’t need the furniture under the TV.

Our family loves this very comfortable, well appointed, and spotless condo that is walking distance to the beach and downtown Pismo! We have rented this condo three times; it is a perfect vacation condo.

Lovely, well stocked home. Good location close to beach, downtown, restaurants etc. Some enjoyed hiking, some enjoyed playing poker in Grover Beach and others hitting the beach.

Property is adorable! Everything you need is included. We felt right at home! The kids (Teens) had freedom to walk to the beach and to walk into town and we felt they were safe. We loved having our morning coffee (from the included coffee bar!) on one of the balcony’s to people watch and to see the ocean and hear the waves. We especially loved the arcade game in the garage as well as the ping pong table - great for adults and kids. The kids were able to hang out in the garage and watch movies and have fun within their own space but still within our “control”. When we come back we will definitely try and reserve this condo again!!

We had a great time. Everything was perfect. We had the whole family together. Michael was great to work with, thank you very much. My daughters and sons in laws had their own rooms and bathroom which was great. The games room was a hit. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property, especially the location. We walked to the beach every day and also had fun in downtown Pismo.
We hope to return someday! It is a perfect home for family reunions!

Really enjoyed the stay at the Pismo Beach place. Everything was in great shape, clean comfortable and really well stocked. The pictures really were really accurate of what to expect. Close to the beach, and it was wonderful to have some of the extras that you don't normally expect, like beach chairs and an umbrella. The video game machine in the garage was great for our family Donkey Kong tournament - really fun. The only thing I wish about the place would be to have a washer/dryer - but the laundromat is only like a block away and is clean and reasonable. Thanks for a great stay, I would highly recommend.

My family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and user friendly.
Each room came with a large closet and all televisions worked.

Pismo stay
This house made our stay even better than we imagined! The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all kinds of little extras I haven’t normally seen in VRBOs before (coffee, snacks, medicines, bathroom products, etc). I would definitely recommend this place to stay and will hopefully come back in the future!

This is our second time staying in the home. Location is the best… walking distance to the pier and all the delicious food in the area. Because this was our second time staying here, I was comparing our stay to the first and there were a few minor issues that we encountered but the owner was very communicative. Clean, cozy, and convenient.
