This sprawling home features plenty of space inside and out for a family-friendly vacation, team retreat, or similar gathering. The interiors are vibrant and eclectic, creating a unique yet comfortable experience. On the main floor you'll find the full, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a farmhouse-style table for six, game room, one bedroom with three bunk beds, and a mudroom. The farmhouse-style dining table seats six, and the fireplace in the corner makes it the ideal spot for game nights or a cozy workspace. The lower level reveals the living area with a leather sectional, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and breakfast nook, while just down the hall you’ll find a laundry room and three more bedrooms, each with its own walk-in-closet. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed along with a twin daybed and a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third has one double. There is also a full bathroom between them. Step outside and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding farmland. The expansive patio includes an array of seating options and a gas grill. Relax with a book by the lawn, play yard games, see what's growing in the garden, and close out your days gathered around the firepit. You do not have access to the grass area by the barn or the barn. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We had a nightmare of on experience when we rented this place over the Memorial Day weekend. This property is in the middle of a farm area and when we got there we were appalled to find rats running around inside the house. I have videos of rats in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. I immediately contacted VRBO and they asked me to self house at a hotel for the holiday break and the property company has so far only refunded 10% of my payment and are refusing to give the remaining amount back. Stay away!!

I cannot even imagine a more beautiful setting or house for our family to stay on our son's wedding weekend! Our Friday to Monday stay just wasn't long enough. Everything you need and more. If you enjoy the peace and quiet of cows and wild turkeys grazing in a serene green valley, this is the house you want.
