Watch the waves and sunsets or walk to Pismo Pier and downtown. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, split level end unit condo with two large ocean front decks. Gated community with private pool, spa and clubhouse with lounge area. Condo with amazing ocean views featuring: fully equipped Kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with stools, tile/vinyl floors, dishwasher, water-softener, filtered drinking water. Living room with fireplace and 65-inch Smart-TV and two twin-size sofa sleepers. Primary Bedroom with a king bed & tv/dvd & large walk-in closet. Second bedroom with a king bed & Smart-TV. Second bathroom has jetted tub/shower. Third bedroom with a queen bed & Smart-tv/dvd. Gas Barbeque, patio furniture, Washer/Dryer, secure high speed Wi-Fi & digital TV cable. Sleeps 8. This property has an absolute maximum of 9 people, including infants and children. 2-Car Garage *The Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door.

Condo was exactly as pictured online. Well maintained & clean. Loved that it was walking distance to downtown and on the beach. Also, pool & spa directly across from condo!

Condo very dirty not good with covid19 cleaning requirement
THE FIRST NIGHT WE FOUND OUT AT 9:30PM the beds had no sheets or pillow cases or towels and toilet paperwork WHEN THERE MADE THE BEDS . THE MATTRESS PAD COVERS HAD STAINS VERY DIRTY. THE HOUSE KEEPERS CAME AT 10:30pm to make the beds again with sheets

Beautiful Views
This condo has the most breathtaking views with 2 decks. A great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night. The inside of the condo was outdated and needs a face-lift.

Annual Machado family vacation
We enjoyed a wonderful week at 125 Pismo Shores! Upon arrival The property management made a call to confirm that the condo was ready for us and we were immediately able to go to the 125 Pismo Shore Property! The Condo was very clean and well prepared foe my family! Our week at the condo was lovely ...we enjoyed lovely restaurants, home cooked meals and wonderful weather! Such a great week and we look forward to our week there next year! I’d like to thank the property management group as they were wonderful to work with!

Great vacation location!
We had a wonderful stay recently in #125. The condo is oceanfront with easy access to the beach and also is within walking distance to town which has many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The condo was clean and well maintained.

Best Pismo View
We have stayed at Pismo Shores for the last 10 years. Usually we stay with family and have stayed here in 125 several years ago. This time with friends we had a blast in unit 125. It is clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. The kitchen table was a perfect size for all 8 of us for meals and nightly cards games. The BBQ is in excellent condition and the patio table is perfect for outdoor breakfast to enjoy the amazing view. We love the complex and pool house. The beds were extremely comfortable which has not been the case in other units we have stayed in. This was are second week in Pismo Shores this summer and though 125 has not been remodeled much in the last ten years from our previous stays, we loved it. The master shower was updated and the removal of the upper kitchen cabinets opened up the space from our last stay 8 years ago. Kitchen appliances work and the refrigerator is roomy. There were a few minor fixes that I addressed upon check out, slow drain in guest shower/tub, microwave vent was duct taped. Other than that, we love 125 and look forward to our stay next year!

Wonderful Vacation
We have stayed at this condominium multiple times. The location is great- so close to restaurants and town, not to mention being beachfront. We hope to return again in the future.

Home away from home!
Wonderful week in Pismo! We’ve enjoyed 125 Pismo Shores for close to 20 years and plan to continue. Our week there was fun filled with family at at our favorite place on Central California’s beautiful coast! We enjoy sitting on the deck watching family on the beach or simply enjoying the weather and beauty of the ocean. God willing our family will join here for many, many more years to come!

25th Anniversary trip
Enjoyed the condo which is beachfront! Had everything we needed/wanted! That was particularly important for the kitchen set up because we were cooking and eating almost every meal there. Between the pandemic and unmasked crowds in town and the smoke drifting in and out over our weeks stay, we spent almost all our time in the condo and out on the deck, with a daily beach walk.

The answer our Family was looking for. Perfect place and perfect timing, Ca experienced a Heat Wave and Fires; so our week at Pismo Beach was a Blessing and a place for our family to relax and reenergize.

Great week. Common property was in good condition. Condo needs new pans, stairs squeak, and kitchen drawers need a good cleaning. Condo could use upgrades but amenities are good.

The Perfect Central Coast Condo
A perfect spot for any group! We recently stayed with 4 adults, a teenager, and 4 boys 3 and under. The location and proximity to the beach can't be beat. The two large patios, (one upper one lower, both accessible from downstairs) were the perfect spot to watch the sunset each day. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking and the family area included lots of games and movies. We were having such a great time, we extended our stay by 3 nights and the management was very helpful in making it happen! We can't wait to return next year!

Pismo Dream
Condo location was PERFECT. Nothing between the condo and ocean except sand!! Floor plan was nice. With open windows you could hear the ocean from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Hardwood floors looked clean but bare feet ended up black on the bottom. Living room sectional was very saggy. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking pots. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. New washer and dryer. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pool and spa area very clean. Some things could have been better but overall I would GLADLY return to this condo.

Pismo Beach vacation
Great property. The vertical blinds in several rooms were in terrible shape and falling apart. Made it really difficult to open and close sliding doors, etc. Many of them had broken and fallen off and were laying in the floors around the doors. That is really my only complaint. Otherwise very nice rental and very comfortable.

It would be a C plus. The unit is in need of updating!. Beds are worn out light fixture marginally work and the interior looks worn. For the Pirce, updates need to be made.

Great Place to Stay
Our family had a great week at Pismo Shores. As always the location is ideal, especially for small children, the pool and spa are always a great plus for the kids who like to play on the beach and then take a swim afterwards. The condition of our unit was good. A little more detail to cleaning under the kitchen sink and washing of the bed spread and pillow covers would make the unit even more enjoyable. Our only dissappointment is that we may not be able to get the same unit next year during the same week. All in all we plan to go back if the units we want are available.

Our stay this year was fabulous. Having the decks and garage added to our enjoyment and made storing equipment and handicap items easy.
Did 121 sell? We are hoping for that as our up front unit next year, since the others renters will be back so we can't stay in this one:(

Stay at Pismo Shores 125
Overall we are always pleased with our stay at Pismo Shores. We were satisfied with the amenities and quality of furniture at this particular condo, but we did find that the hard wood floors were quite dirty upon arrival. The children's feet were black within minutes of walking on the floor.

Fustrating
Property was not clean, dishes left in dishwasher, food left in fridge, hair in shower. Floor was very dirty. Owners sister came by and wanted to get things from property. Would not rent this property again.

Pismo shores oceanfront
The location and view is like no other! The view is breathtaking however the condo itself needs work! It was so dirty! Kitchen cabinets were filthy they had old food and grease all over them. I had to wash everything I used in the kitchen. The beds and couches haven't been vacuumed under in what seems like years it was so gross. My kids had black feet or socks all the time because the floors were so dirty. I wiped the handrail on the staircase down and my rag was black. The sheets and blankets were very stained and the bathroom drawers were full of hair. The furniture was extremely old which I could tell from the pictures before I rented but all in all I was mostly disappointed with how filthy it was. For almost $4,000 a week I at least expected it to be clean. Whoever cleans its should be fired!!

The property is in an excellent location. However, it needs some upgrading and cleaning. The same furniture has been there too long. TV in master shd be upgraded. Linens were very inadequate. Master bedspread should be replaced as it Is old and not clean. We have been staying here for many years, but the owner does need to attend to some of these items.

Paradise in Pismo
This was our second summer staying in this condo. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL stay. Great location. A few things that could have been better...Two of the DVD players did not work...skylight full of cobwebs...a few of the kitchen drawers needed a good cleaning. Other than that, it was as awesome as our first stay. We have already booked it for 2015!! The management personnel were extremely friendly and professional.

Steps From The Beach
This was our third year at 125 Pismo Shores. The condo was in very good condition as in the past. Some upgrades were completed from the prior year. The location is awesome. The beach is outside your windows and most Pismo shops, eateries, etc. are within walking distance. Our last morning was blessed with watching whales from the balcony!! We will be back next year :).
