Located in Pismo Beach, this attractive condo for $911 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. * 7 night minimum over the 4th of July Holiday This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is located just steps off of the sand and offers covered decks furnished with patio furniture to enjoy the gorgeous beach weather or cozy up by the built in fireplace. The living room contains a flat screen TV with cable, hi-speed wireless internet, and a fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes a breakfast bar. A dining area allows for family dinners. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and flat panel TV with cable. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and flat panel TV with cable. The third bedroom has a full size bed. A bonus room creates a quiet place to relax and has a sofa sleeper for additional accommodations. This area also has a flat panel TV with cable. A large luxury courtyard, equipped with a fireplace, is available for your use and is a great place for entertaining. A full-size washer and dryer are included in the villa. Also available for your use is a shared BBQ area. There is assigned parking for 2 vehicles in the parking garage on the ground floor. Outstanding stay at 206 Tierra de Paraiso!
As someone with a disability and in a wheelchair, highly recommend the accessibility of the unit!
Lift is great, unit is roomy and easy to navigate with one bedroom and full bathroom on bottom level together with a lounge area, dining and kitchen.
Very friendly and helpful people that live around the unit, a great sense of community - a home away from home!
The owner and coastal vacation rentals were outstanding with any questions that needed addressing throughout the stay and also went above and beyond with the delivery of parcels throughout the stay!

Everything is fine owners were nice the only problem was when I had to pick up the Key they gave it to me late made me wait they were rude overall the place was nice and relaxing

Beach Paradise
Location, location, location! Steps from the beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops. This rental was a perfect family retreat with up-to-date accommodations and amenities in the unit. Everything a family would want on a weekend getaway can be found in this unit. Highly recommend it to anyone needing multiple sleeping units within one stay.

Tierra de paraiso
The accomodations were great; high end very comfortable. The building of the motel right on the property line in front was extremely annoying; from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm monday thru saturday. Permanent residents were hostile, unfriendly and tried to get us evicted(large family). I would never stay there again, but property managers were fine.

Great condo in the center of Pismo Beach's downtown area
This condo is extremely well appointed and in a fantastic, walkable part of Pismo Beach. It's sad that they're losing their view to the new hotel going in directly in front of it, but the condo is still extremely well appointed and in a great location. The view was very nice but not a deal breaker. Construction was going on during our stay, but the condo was well insulated and as long as the doors were closed, kept the noise down well. This is a great condo for family stays.

GREAT LOCATION w/ pub attached & beach needs convenience store
This is 40 yards from the sand. Downstairs there is a pub attached & beach needs convenience store. In the parking garage there is a shower for washing off sand. Across the street at the white hotel, there is live music in the lobby, where we had a great meal.

It would've been perfect, but...
When I viewed the property online 2/'18 the pictures showed a view of the beach etc. The rental co did not mentioned construction next door within feet of rental property until I paid the balance due 1 month before our vaca. They downplayed how involved the construction was. There were very loud and constant hammering, moving of re-bar, yelling of workers, concrete truck engines revving and beeping Mon-Sat, from 5:30am till 5:30pm. we could not sit out on the balcony deck due to lack of privacy. The dozens of workers were at our 2nd level a few feet from our windows and decks. We couldn't put the baby & toddler down for a nap because of the constant noise. The rest of us could not sleep in, in the morning. The rental company did not FULLY disclose the e extent of the construction and how it would impact our vacation. The site's photos of the property are misrepresented. There is no view due to the construction of this 3 story bldg!
