Situated in Pismo Beach, this charming condo for $1,018 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This property underwent a big remodel in the first half of 2023! True oceanfront property located in the highly sought after Pismo Shores Estates gated complex. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to in-ground pool & spa. Condo offers unique opportunity to watch the waves and sunsets from right on the beach front. Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier Promenade, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. You enter the property on the main living level, to the left is the first bedroom which has a queen bed and smart TV with Sonos sound system. Straight ahead takes you down the hall to the second bedroom which has the regular king bed and smart TV with Sonos sound system, as well as the laundry closet and hall bath. The hall bath has a combination tub and shower. Off to the right from the entry is the gorgeous, fully equipped chef's kitchen with high end appliances, including induction cooktop & convection oven. Enjoy your home cooking on the beautiful built-in dining table which has a nice ocean view, a breakfast bar for some extra seating, and home bar setup with wine fridge and plenty of barware (no alcohol is provided). Just off the kitchen is the serene and spa-like primary bedroom suite, also with ocean views. The bedroom has a king Sleep Number bed which allows you to adjust the softness of the mattress for your own comfort level as well as raise the head and foot areas up and down, operating each side of the bed independently from the other, and smart TV with Sonos sound system. The en-suite bath attached to the primary bedroom has dual sinks in the vanity, two separate clothes closets with mirrored sliding doors, a glass enclosed roll-in shower with fold-down seat and hand-held showerhead, and water closet with a smart toilet that also includes bidet features. At the top of the stairs going down to the living room is the main Sonos sound system control panel, which allows you to play many different types of music and you can play something different in every room or the same throughout the property. The living room has a big sectional sofa that has 2 twin pullouts for additional sleeping (linens are provided), smart TV with Sonos sound system, fireplace, and nearly a full wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors with a view directly out to the beach, the Pismo Pier and the Pacific Ocean. The lower level of the oceanfront deck has a large sectional outdoor sofa with a natural gas firepit table (not suitable for outdoor cooking), and a propane BBQ. Parking for 2 cars in attached garage. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* Weekly Rental Only (HOA requirement) Saturday-Saturday. 4th of July week rent increases. Christmas/New Year's Holidays are considered a 2-week block for this property and must be rented together, or for no less than 10 days at an Event Rate. Monthly Stays require prior owner approval, no exceptions, and a price will be negotiated based on the dates desired and other factors.

Condo 127 is amazing! They just recently remodeled the whole house. It is beautiful. They upgraded the beds. We slept is good. What we didn't appreciate was the noise in the morning from workers making repairs, and college students jumping the fence and using the jacuzzi & pool. We had to wait a couple of times.

Love the location!! Our only complaints are that the fan in master bathroom is still broken as it was last year as well, along with bathroom sink drain. Would like to see televisions that work in both guest rooms. For the price of this condo, we don't feel this is too much to ask.

Perfect location for our family vacation. The views were awesome. We really enjoyed the close proximity to town…able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We've stayed at another home for several years on the other side of town and this location provides all the same conveniences but without the sounds of traffic and pedestrians…that was a huge plus for us!!! Will definitely return to this rental!!!

The location is wonderful! The property is updated nicely however we would like to see working televisions installed in all bedrooms. The WiFi only worked on day one unfortunately. The drain in the master bathroom sink was still not fixed from last year! Overall, a great place to stay!

The unit had not been prepared. Evidently the owners or someone had stayed without telling CVR. The master bed was not made. The master bath and kitchen had signs of use. Dishwasher had not been unloaded. Had to search for bath towels which were found down the hall on the washing machine. The garbage disposal was frozen which my husband was able to repair. Patio furniture needed hosing to remove bird poop but nozzle on hose was broke. The propane tank was empty when we tried to barbeque our hamburgers. And to top it off we shared the kitchen with ants. All of this was very frustrating for the price we paid. If none of the above had happened, my only complaint would have been there's not enough seating in the downstairs room. The condo sleeps 6 but there is only comfortable seating for 4. Overall we still had a good time.

We met our son & family from Australia & had an extremely enjoyable 8 days. The view is fantastic & the town has everything that is needed.
The condo is well equipped, although the BBQ is pretty average & there were no BBQ tools. I was surprised that there was no AC.
The smallest bedroom is pretty small & is a bit tight for 2 children.
Coastal Vacations were very helpful in sorting out a couple of minor issues.
