Best time Villa Valentia @Pismo Beach
Gorgeous accommodations. Perfect location, spacious lovely decorated home with spectacular view. Quiet, clean and secure. Everything we needed within walking distance. After two years of lockdown in a big city, spending time @Valentia was just what we needed to feel whole again. Wish we had more time but will come back. Close to SLO, Solvang and Grover Beach. Everyone friendly. Sunset on the beach best getaway ever. Management top notch. Miss the sound of the ocean putting us to sleep. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you!

Beautiful Place for a Vacation
Great location in downtown Pismo. Very clean, easy keyless building access, two parking spots which was nice. Very quiet place with great view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Destination
We were thrilled to have the opportunity to rent this beautiful home as our daughter was getting married in a beautiful courtyard across the street at Giuseppe's!
Walking in the home, you FEEL AT HOME! Beautiful beachy decorations, a huge living and dining area to gather with my 3 children. The bride stayed across the way at another Valentina suite so that was a plus to have this home gather and laugh on the couches together. My husband loved the deck area as he could stare at the beach and enjoy the breeze. Great outdoor furniture to relax in. Speaking of relaxing, the beds were comfy and the shower beyond impressive in the Master suite! The location is perfect as you are on the main street and it is an easy walk to the pier/beach. Our family will return in upcoming years as this home is a HOME to just relax, sleep well and create memories in.

Building was right on the main strip near restaurants, convenient but not noisy. Short walk to the beach. Very well maintained unit, great kitchen, gated parking. Rental company seems top notch. Recommended.

Lovely Family Friendly Suite
The large suite was perfect for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The suite was centrally located in downtown and restaurants, beaches, and restaurants were all a short walk away.

Amazing Stay!
This place was amazing - had state of the art kitchen and was super clean! Exactly what we wanted for our stay that was ~2 blocks from the beach. 10/10 recommend!

Can't Wait to Go Back!
This place was perfect for our family getaway! Location was convenient to beach and restaurants. Most importantly, it was immaculate! The only issue we had upon arrival was we were not given a gate code to enter the property and had to call multiple times to get ahold of the management company. I wish this was our vacation home. It was comfortable, cozy, clean, convenient and we all enjoyed our stay! Five stars! You will not regret renting this property!

key to door didnt work, master shower broken. both were fixed on the first day. Listed as handicapped but beds were too high for a wheel chair bound person.

Lovely facility. We usually rent 401, but it wasn't available so we rented 402. Smaller with a smaller patio, but still a first class place to stay.

PERFECT FAMILY GATHERING
Our family gathered in Pismo Beach for a mini break between Christmas and the New Year. There were 3 generations, Pismo Beach and the Valentina Condo were perfect for this occasion.

Great stay
Our family had a great stay at Valentina; would highly recommend. Everything was excellent, from geographical location to the condition of the unit. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. One would not necessarily need to drive anywhere upon arrival unless they wanted. The unit was clean, new and very well appointed. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.

Great rental for 4-6 people
Our family spent Memorial Day weekend at Valentina, unit 402. The units is in a great, walkable location. Near restaurants, beach and Pismo pier. Everything is new and clean. However, this is obviously a bare bones rental. The kitchen is very minimally stocked. Also, the description indicates that it sleeps 6-8. This might be true if you have children. We had 7 adults and it was pretty tight.

Overall it was great. The icemaker broke and one of the keys was very hard to work, plus the front door to the building was very hard to open (we went in thru the garage all the time).

Overall our stay in Pismo Beach was the perfect escape from the Arizona sizzling hear. We had spent Christmas week in The Valentina unit #402 three years ago and it was wonderful, so you can imagine our disappointment when we arrived for a month long stay and found that the unit was in desperate need of some TLC. Listed below are just a few of the items that need to be taken care of......
The living room furniture needs replacing or at least given a good cleaning
The surround sound was not working and we told it would be repaired during our stay - didn't happen
The bedding - blankets, pillows, mattress pads all need to be replaced
The kitchen knives were dull, dull, dull and no knife sharpener
The shelves in the freezer were not the correct size, so they kept falling down on each other
Definitely no longer worth the $$$ that we paid !

Clean Geat Views Plenty of Amenities
Perfect location with a fantastic view of the ocean and watching Whales/Dolphins breaching the water. My choice to stay on our next trip to Pismo Beach!!

Six adults stayed at the condo and had a very nice experence. The decor is attractive and the kitchen had all the necessary items for the meals we prepared.

The location was great, we didnt have to drive anywhere, we walked everywhere in Pismo. Our friend from Texas was with us and he enjoyed the property as well.

Pismo Beach with 4 teenagers
The Valentina is a lovely property just a block and a half from the beach. Our suite was nicely decorated and had the amenities of home. The master bath was gorgeous. The only negative was that it didn't have enough pots and pans to make a meal for a group our size.

Great place!
This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay for a few days. It is all on one floor and also has an elevator, which was perfect for my elderly father so that he did not have to deal with stairs. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well. The condo was clean and modern. My only complaint was that the beds were pretty firm, but that is just a personal preference. This is a great place, and I would highly recommend it!

Treat yourself to Costa Vida
This property was a little more expensive than others, but very much worth it. It is first class in every respect. Slightly further walk to the beach than other properties, but again, worth it. New, quiet, close to town, expensively outfitted would be my description. They have thought of everything in this property. Well designed and nice layout. Treat yourself and rent this place.

Cant wait to go back
This property was just perfect! We were here for a week in July but the family memories will last forever. Very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The ocean view from the patio and main room is slightly obstructed but still wonderful. The firepit/table on the patio was fantastic. The seating was so plush I spent hours reading, napping, talking there. The kitchen was amazing. EVERYTHING was provided including washer and dryer, crockpot, blender and even cookbooks! There was also spices, coffee, paper goods, ziplocks, etc. Be sure to experience the 6 shower heads in the master bathroom and the plush robes! Its the perfect distance from the beach. less than 5 minutes walk, close to great restaurants ( I recommend Rosa's) but far enough away to miss the beach traffic. We will be back.

Very happy with the location and quality of the unit. Only negatives: the couch is too shallow/narrow, and the wi-fi was rather slow.

Awesome vacation site!!
Was a beautiful location and site. Relaxed with family, as was our goal. Did not have dish detergent, nor enough towels for our guests, but the Valentina Suites was responsive and remedied the issues immediately.

Pismo stay
Weather was gorgeous. Great view from our room. Love the patio deck. Very relaxing to be out there. Dogs next door were a little annoying because they barked a lot. The unit was very accommodating for cooking. Thank you. TV was very hard to use in the living room. The kids couldn't watch the movies we rented and it was hard to watch regular TV. Overall I would give our experience a 8.5 out of 10. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. We hope to do it again soon.

Above and Beyond Our Expectations
We recently stayed in units 501 and 402 at this property. We were pleased with the cleanliness, amenities and location. The units are spacious. The master bedroom in unit 501 is huge. You have a nice balcony on unit 402 that faces the ocean. The parking is private and the property has a security gate. The units are only blocks from the beach and shops. The wonderful Giuseppes restaurant is just across the street. We would love to stay here again.

Wedding Weekend
We rented several units for a wedding. We were very happy. The only thing that could have been improved is the patio furniture needed to be cleaned. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
