The kitchen and main living area is the heartbeat of this home. We all cooked together, dined together, and did puzzles together. The fire pit was a nice spot to make s’mores and enjoy being outdoors. The back yard allowed us perfect space to play corn hole, whiffle ball and do yoga. A terrific week!

The owner and caregiver were so wonderful and communicative. The house was walking distance to Cisco Beach, Cisco Brewery and a quick drive into town. The house was new, bright and beautiful. We can't wait to return!

Bill was very accommodating and helpful. We have now stayed at ”The Mulligan” two years in a row and really love it. There is easy access to Bartlett farm, Cisco, and many of the beaches. The home is beautiful and the view over Miacomet golf course is spectacular. Great for families.

Perfect getaway
We love Nantucket and really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location (near Bartlett Farm and Cisco Brewery) and met all of our needs. Bill Grambo was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. The house is large and can accommodate several families. We have young children (4, 2, 2) and my only feedback is that there weren’t a lot of activities in the house for kids that age on a rainy day. But we managed to entertain them! We look forward to staying again next summer.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Nantucket at Bill’s home. The house is beautiful and perfect for our group - close to the beach, farm and popular Cisco. Bill was extremely responsive to any questions I had and was always willing to offer tips about Nantucket. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Picture Perfect
This house is everything you want in a rental. This is our 4th time renting this location and every time it has not disappointed. Brand new home, with beautiful design, open floor plan which is very functional, Convenient location from downtown and Cisco. Top it all off it has a great view of the golf course. I won't stay anywhere else on the island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mulligan house. It is large enough for people to have their own space with a cozy feel to main living space when we are all together. Bill Grambo was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. We love Cisco beach and the house is very close to both Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery and Cisco beach. A short drive or bike ride into town. House was immaculate and had all the necessary accommodations for the beach, i.e. towels, chairs, etc. Overall, a great house in a great location. This is our second year renting here.

Perfect Nantucket rental, great for groups and large families
Great house! We had our family of 2 teenagers plus my older parents and the house was just perfect for a week on Nantucket. Brand new house with tempurpedic beds, great linens, high end appliances, web connected TV's and more. Great layout and separation of all of the bedrooms allowed for max privacy and different sleep schedules to mesh together in peace.
We rented bikes and had them delivered to the house. Perfect location and close to Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Bewery and great beaches. Close to bike path that connects all over the island. Owner was great in giving us great tips and recommendations for our first ever visit to ACK.
We will be back again!

Great Family Home
Our family enjoyed this home for a week. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The home was very clean and everything you needed in the kitchen. So much room to spread out. Loved the sleeping arrangements, the second floor kitchen, family room, deck with grill overlooking the golf course, the yard was great for baseball games etc. Convenient to Bartlett Farms, Cisco Brewery, beaches, and bike path. We enjoyed picking strawberries at Bartlett Farms, the pirate treasure walk leaving from the Nantucket Inn, food trucks at Cisco Brewery, Children’s Beach, golf course, and the many restaurants. A few favorites were Dune, Staight Warf and Brotherhood of Theives with the children. It was a great week! Thank you Bill for being so accomadating!

Magical Nantucket Stroll weekend
We had another fantastic stay at this location. Everything was perfect....can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! Plenty of settings for dinner that we cooked in Friday night, smart TVs (that were perfect for hooking up to the kids shows) and comfy beds. Made it great for our big group! Thanks again Bill & Val!

Swayze Drive - amazing !
We had a group stay at 13 Swayze this fall and highly recommend the property. Proximity to so many areas is fantastic (is anything on the island really that far away?!) The layout of the house with multiple living areas really lets you spread out and have separate spaces. A bathroom for each bedroom - so convenient. The property has a great yard and porches - so relaxing! Less than a minute walk to the first tee at Miacomet, and a longer but manageable walk to Cisco. Fantastic property - thanks again!

Wonderful house! Great location!
Our family of 7 adults and 3 kids loved our stay at 13 Swayze's Drive.
The house was clean, comfortBle and well laid out. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the open living space, the views, the outdoor shower and the fire pit. One evening we walked through the yard to the Miacomet Golf Club restaurant for a lovely dinner.
We have stayed in multiple houses in Nantucket over a 40 year period, and we think this one was the best-located. We biked to town and to the beach and pond, and it was a very short drive to Cisco Brewery, 167 fish store and Bartlett's Farm. We loved the short trip to the airport.

This house was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we could have needed for our weekend stay. The owner was very quick to respond and answer any questions. This is the perfect house if you have a large group, tons of beds, baths, and a very spacious common area. I agree with the previous person who left a review that the beds and pillows were SO comfortable! Everything about the house and rental experience were great and I already want to plan a second trip!

This home is simply beautiful. With the 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, our large party of 10 had no problem finding a place to sleep, and all get ready at the same time for a wedding we were in town for. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need, and if there is anyone in your party wanting to golf, you are a short walk to the country club. The property was impeccably clean. Bill was a gracious and accommodating host and look forward to staying here next time I come back.

A group of friends and my growing family have decided we would start an annual tradition of heading to Nantucket for the weekend of the stroll. We found this beautiful house on the site and were pleased with how fast Bill, the owner, responded to our questions so we decided this was the place for us!
We arrived on Friday and the house was ready for us upon our ferry's arrival. The location was quiet & set back off the street, with beautiful views of the golf course. We walked in and were thrilled with the sizes of the bedrooms, especially since we were traveling with some little ones who required pack and plays in their parents rooms. Having private bath rooms was a huge bonus! We loved the top floor, with the kitchen, living room and views of the golf course! The table was large enough for all of us to sit and eat breakfast and dinner at while going over the daily agenda or talk about what fun we had throughout the day! The kitchen was an awesome area to hang out and have a cup of coffee or a beverage before heading out for dinner! This house had everything we could have needed!
We absolutely loved this house and are already inquiring about booking it for the future! Thank you Bill for allowing us to feel like we were at home!

Our group was there for a golf weekend and couldn't have had a better location and set up. We had 10 guys and there was room for a comfortable sleep for everyone. The amenities are incredible, from the showers, to the kitchen, to the gorgeous yard. The location close to both MIacomet as well as downtown and the beaches is incredible. You are right in the middle of the island so easy to get to where ever you want to go. We used the out door space just because of how awesome the set up even though we had a fairly cold weekend in October.
All in all an incredible experience that i would highly recommend and hope to continue to use it in future years!

We had a group of five adults for a weekend getaway and felt like we were very lucky to find the perfect spot from the moment we arrived. The home is brand new and was even better than the pictures and descriptions. It is fully equipped and beautifully furnished with top of the line everything you need from the kitchen to the beach towels and chairs. The location is a short drive to town and has great views of the golf course and ocean. We played two rounds at Miacomet, which is a beautiful course, and it is literally a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse. Little things like the fire pit and outdoor shower really add to the Nantucket experience. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the island.

Four professional couples spent a fun weekend at this newly renovated 5 bedroom home. The finishes in this home are so modern, yet in keeping with Nantucket style. Very well done. From the kitchen (Wolf Range!!) to the bathrooms (the tilework!!) and even the laundry room there was something to get excited about. The living areas are roomy. The photos don't do it justice. On the outside there are multiple decks upper and lower with comfy furniture to enjoy as well as an outdoor shower. We didn't have any children with us but the basement playroom would be great for them to hang out. The views of the golf course and to the ocean in the distance from the oversized picture window immediately alleviate any stress you brought with you to Nantucket. This home was at the end of a quiet cul de sac and walking distance to Cisco Breweries (so much fun to spend an afternoon there) and the beach. Bike trails nearby and town a short drive away. We cannot say enough about this house and very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and so easy to work with for booking. We highly recommend it.
