Located in South Forest Beach, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Condo 272 We have Central Air and heat System in our condos, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. View the ocean from balcony or from the living room. Beautifully decorated oceanfront view villa located in the heart of Hilton Head Island. 23 South Forest Beach Drive is located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore. Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave! There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and starter toilet paper. Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet. There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bedroom ocean view and oceanfront units which have some of the Hilton Head Island best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck. The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes. We really enjoyed are stay at this unit. The view of the beach is fantastic. As other reviews have said the unit is a little small, but it is a bargain for oceanfront. We would stay again!

We enjoyed ourselves sit out and enjoyed the view. Nice and quiet. Needed one up grade on commode it was too low to the floor. Tv in the living room needs up grade wasn’t able to watch. We had a great staycation.

property is just like the photos. The host was very easy to be in contact with!! enjoyed our stay. only thing I did not love was the location of the bedroom being by the front door but not much you can do. very nice place!

Property is beachfront and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had to do laundry once because there was not enough towels/wash cloths for the two of us. Otherwise, there were no major issues and we enjoyed our vacation.

This villa has an awesome view and great location. This villa is 1/2 mile walk to Coligny and only steps to the beach. Owner was more than accommodating and helpful! The only down side was the microwave and stove could use updating but overall was perfect for a couple and wouldn’t let this stop us renting this unit again. We will definitely stay here again and contact owner for her other villas if this one isn’t available.

This location is ocean front and is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The location is ideal for walking or an enjoyable bike ride. The condo is sparkling clean and comfortable as well as updated and very pretty. We had an amazing time, we highly recommend this listing, and we would love to return for another vacation.

Proximity to beach is great. Saw abundant wild life. Condo is small and kitchen not conducive to meal prep. Distance to elevator for loading and unloading is a little walk. Overalll I would stay again for that ocean view.

Booked this property for a very short vacation and it was nearly perfect for a couple. The location is easy to access and find. It's well within walking distance of the Coligny Beach area which has some restaurants and cafes. Driving to other areas of the island were always within 10-20 minutes. The views are great from the balcony and you can easily hear the waves crashing but not the people on the beach. The area of the beach does get crowded but it was still easy to find open space. The minor downsides: The window or door at the entrance side was not insulated. A normal conversation between people in the parking lot or another balcony came right through into the bedroom. The kitchen is a bit small and dated but should be fine for two people.

Fantastic location, the view from the balcony was stunning! The condo was exactly as described. There were multiple updates throughout the condo (bed, shower, flooring, TVs) that made our stay more comfortable. Charlene was an excellent host and her communication and suggestions were very helpful!! Charlene recommended various dining options, we ate at several of them and LOVED each one. We also really appreciated the keypad entry on the door, wifi, Roku, and cable TV. The keypad especially made it very easy to go to and from the beach without worrying about a key. We had a wonderful stay!

Condo was very clean with comfortable bed. There were beach chairs and umbrella available to use. Loved that it was close enough to walk to Coligny.

We couldn’t have been happier staying in this newly remodeled condo on the beach! Charlene was a wonderful “host”, and the condo itself was just perfect for the two of us! Sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, deer…sitting on the balcony we saw it all! Also, the location of Seaside Villas was great for walking to Coligny or driving most anywhere. We look forward to returning for another stay soon!!

The location is perfect - close to Coligny Plaza and to the bike rentals. The view from the balcony is outstanding. And the condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed.

We loved the view and ability to walk to a lot of great places (restaurants, shops and a great tiki bar with live music just down the beach). We did have to sweep the floor for sand when we got there but otherwise pretty clean.

This was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. The view was beautiful! Photos can't describe Gods creations. We enjoyed the condo but like past reviews it can stand some updates. Besides that I'll stay again. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Loved the Condo View and Location!! The Condo was a Perfect size for my husband and I. This is exactly how I want to live!! Riding bikes or Walking Everywhere!! Even the Grocery Store!! We ate most of our meals in the Condo, so having groceries close was soooo convenient and helpful to us. The Condo had a good supply of dishes and utensils for us!! Thank you Charlene for helping make this trip so special and memorable!!!

The location of the condo is very good. You can walk the beach or pathway, or ride your bike to the restaurants, bars, shops and grocery store. Very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. Great sunrises from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful stay for week in May. Unit could use and little updating and brightening, but overall, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

My wife and I went there for a week vacation and had a Great Time!!!The condo is small and we knew that going in,but was perfect for the 2 of us.Great shops/restaurants in walking distance.The beach was just steps away and the balcony views were awesome,even got to see deer in the dunes.Pretty cool to see deer and dolphins from the same balcony.We would go back!!!!Thanks Charlene
