Nestled in Seaside, this lovely house for $304 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Octagon on the Beach Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This stunningly engineered two-story home offers an oceanfront location with unsurpassed views and a unique octagon-shaped construction. Sunshine fills the main level, and panoramic views stretch all the way from the mouth of the Columbia River to the north to Tillamook Head just south of Seaside. The beach and ocean surround you, with beach access just outside. On the main level, you'll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plus two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with its own bathroom. You'll also have a spacious, sun-filled living room and dining area, plus another full bathroom. In the center of the home is a spiral staircase that leads down to the lower level, with two more bedrooms and a full bath. You'll marvel at the structural beams that give this home its unique distinction. You'll have plenty of outdoor space as well. With a wraparound deck in the front, perfect for sun worshiping and picnics. Another deck in the back is perfect for the morning cup of coffee and newspaper. Things to know: Full kitchen Free WiFi Due to city regulations, the use of fireplaces is prohibited Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was stocked with so much! It was wonderful. The floor trim and heat registers were dusty. A well-chewed straw was found in the couch. Dirt inside the sheets of the downstairs queen bed in children's room was found. Dried milk was on the side of the table. But overall - it was clean. I love that there was no carpet. So much easier to clean the floors that way. The entrance door scared us as it was not a secure door! It was an inside door and shuttered when the wind blew. No way to deadbolt from the inside to feel secure. A good kick would knock that door down! We loved all the modern updates. The house was absolutely perfect for our sibling reunion. Perhaps I am just too picky on house cleaning methods. We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable, amazing view, very good kitchen setup, homey, plenty of space to spread out and get some alone time, ideal location, couldn't be closer to the beach without washing away at high tide. I missed my lazyboy rocking chair and small dogs, but if it were perfect I'd never want to leave, and that would be problematic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it unconditionally

Great location just outside the hustle of downtown seaside but close to the boardwalk. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view through the unique octagon shape. You feel like you're surrounded by the ocean. The property is no pets and it shows, it was so clean; no sand anywhere if you can believe it. We put all the kids downstairs and they had their own space and adults had their own space upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing home! The views are stunning, the beach access was wonderful and the house was perfect! The beds were so incredibly comfortable, house was very clean, we had such a great time! I was a bit nervous about the stairs with an almost 3 year old but he did amazing with them! The backyard was a great play place for him and did i mention the views were INCRECIBLE! We will for sure be back!

The house is nice, fairly clean. Close to the beach. there is not much yard to let children play outside. The BBQ needs to be replaced. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are adequate.

Great Location. Walking distance to Beach, shopping and restaurants. Our Family with 6 adults and 2 young children had an amazing time and made lots of incredible memories. Will definitely love to stay here again.

There are just a few suggestions we have for this property. Both bathrooms had no rugs. This would be nice to have. Label doors, there are a lot of them. Especially the one going from downstairs to the upstairs. A better mattress on the single downstairs. We were 6 ladies that prefer to sleep by ourselves and having a better mattress on the smaller bed would of come in handy. Thank you.

This house met all our expectations. It was clean, very close to the beach, and walking distance to town. It slept all 9 of us comfortably, and was exactly as advertised. The deck was a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.

The panoramic view is probably the most striking feature. Tillamook Head to Ft. Stephens. 4 large windows plus a great deck and you can sit and watch the dunes and the beach. The house is freshly updated, bright and nice. This is the quiet North end of Seaside but it's only two blocks to the paved promenade and then walkable to town. A short walk through the dunes to the beach. We loved it !!

The view made the few inconveniences ok. Did I say the view was awesome and not a bunch of people which made it even better. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Beds were really comfortable ( I never like the beds always uncomfortable) Few things they didn't have no tissue, no clocks big enough to see ,no instructions for tv us old people that don't use 64 remote controls need instructions:) Oh watch the fridge its not level. All in all if we need a big place will definitely use again.

The view was spectacular and so nice to have acess to the promenade to walk in Seaside. The design of the home was unique and fun. Very well stocked. Only negative was the TV internet connection, if you are planning to watch a game you will need to go into town and watch.

The view, kitchen, and upstairs beds are excellent. Sadly, the living room was not comfy with seats for 6 only. We sent Vacasa photos different from listing: broken white couch arm and cheap 1 inch cushions when you sit on them.
Note: the two downstairs bedrooms are colder/darker so not comparable to upstairs rooms. One "bedroom" is a walk through space closed off with an accordion sliding door.

Renting was easy. Entry was a bit delayed as the auto door did not work but the response by Management was prompt.

Pros: Close to the beach with great view, close to shops, quiet neighborhood, clean and supplies are provided well.
Cons: Main entrance is through a bedroom in the basement and other locks don’t work. Inconvenient for people using that bedroom. Patio furniture is old, rusty and broken. Heat lamp/propane fire pit on the patio would have been more convenient. Could use some landscaping.

The property was very nice, however we had a hard time finding someone to contact. The person who made the reservation did not have a mobile phone or any electronics. They depended on the other 3 people staying with them and had invited them to be guests on the reservation. These 3 people had a really hard time finding anyone to talk to about getting the keys. Was very frustrating that the other people in the group who had the technology to contact help struggled to find anyone. Was not intuitive. Once it was taken care of [minutes before 4 o'clock] we were able to get into the house, it was lovely. The bedrooms bright and clean, comfortable living room. Kitchen served our purposes. The sound on the TV was not good but there were games to play so switched to that. Except for the stress in the beginning with finding a contact the house was a lovely.

Super location - right on the beach. The property is set up to acomodate a large group so we only used the upstairs area. However, we were charged for cleaning the whole house.

Walking distance to town as well. At the same time, the living area upstairs is smaller than it appears in photos and the furniture - a sagging sofa and wicker chairs - is more appropriate for a basement rec room. The kitchen is good size and workable, though we had trouble finding the appropriate switch to activate the lights and operation seemed inconsistent (labels or directions would greatly help).
