Seaside Classic Cottage is a beautifully renovated, turn-of-the-century home that offers the perfect Seaside location from which to explore the Northern Oregon Coast. This home is ideally located just one block from the South Promenade that runs along the ocean beach. You'll be only three blocks from the shops, restaurants, galleries, and arcades downtown, and two miles from the Tillamook Head National Recreation Trail - a great option for an afternoon hike. The town of Seaside also hosts a number of beloved events each year, including the Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament, a sandcastle contest, and a kite festival. The front room features a cozy brick fireplace where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite book; the updated, modern kitchen opens up to a well-appointed family room with an entertainment center and French doors that lead to a wonderfully landscaped backyard. When you return home from the beach each afternoon, store your bikes in the detached recreation room and settle in for a family Ping-Pong tournament. THINGS TO KNOW EV charging is available in the driveway (NEMA 1450 30amp outlet in the rec room). Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There is an active security camera without audio outside the front door, focused on the driveway area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Absolutely adorable just doesn’t describe it! It accommodates 3 couples with lots of room to spare. It’s within walking distance to all the shops and one block from the beach boardwalk. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, we had lots of laughs!

The house is even more lovely in person! It is immaculate and so comfortable. We walked everywhere, cars didn’t leave the driveway. I would definitely go back and highly recommmend!

The location for this charming home is wonderful - close to the beach and the downtown area. We enjoyed the ping pong table, used a provided cart to haul bonfire materials to the beach, and found the kitchen well provisioned. We spent time at nearby Ecola State Park, Astoria and Cannon Beach. We especially loved the beautiful yard and having gates on both front and back areas to keep our grandsons corralled safely.

To start with our check-in was delayed three hours…last minute text and no explanation. The outside and grounds are lovely and well maintained. Location was perfect! When we arrived we had to vacuum the bedrooms and living rooms…plenty of sand in the carpets. The house needs a good clean. The kitchen appliances need updating…the knob for the front burner fell off frequently. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, or dishwashing pods…so we had to purchase our own. All that being said, we did enjoy our week!

Great location. Walking distance to everything! Kids loved the ping pong table. Kitchen incredibly stocked! Also would have been great to have a little binder with how to's of the house and check out expectations.

Overall it was great. At first glance we were all impressed with how clean it was but when my partner and I got into bed, we realized the sheets hadn’t been changed (though the bed was made tightly) because there was sand at the foot of the bed. Never a pleasant realization. There were clean sheets available though. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

The location of this property is excellent. Clean! By far the nicest vacation place we’ve stayed! Beautifully appointed! Very detail special! I do think coasters need to be under the heavy chair in family room! The floor is being beaten up a bit! What a wonderful place!

The perfect space for a weekend getaway! Fully furnished home, with beds for 9 people to sleep comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver when it came to making dinner. Did not feel like we were missing anything! We especially loved the ping pong table in the garage which was home to many intense tournaments. With the beach just minutes away walking, setting up for a bonfire was a breeze. Would highly recommend this cute, versatile cottage!

The property was conveniently located 2 short blocks from beach and a few more from a busy fun Main Street with a great selection of restaurants and shops! The house was extremely well maintained, very clean and comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and very minimal traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and perfect for our weekend getaway!

This house was exactly what we had in mind for our quick little weekend getaway. Suitable for us and our friends and everything was within walking distance which we loved! Just two blocks from the beach and six blocks from downtown. Our only issue was getting the TV to work but I contacted Vacasa who sent a maintenance guy out the next day who fixed it. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be booking this house again.

We loved this cabin. Location is fantastic... easy access to beach and boardwalk. Cabin had everything we needed, including a few spices we forgot. We did have trouble getting enough heat into the largest upstairs bedroom, possibly because there was only one vent in that room. And all the remotes need new batteries. Aside from those small issues, we'd highly recommend this rental.

The cottage was super clean, delightfully decorated and very well appointed. Being just one block from the Prom and a short walk from the shops and restaurants made for a perfect location.
