Two full bathrooms on main level, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo. Family bonus room upstairs with ocean view, sofa and chairs, game table, several arcade console games, and cable TV. The 5th bedroom upstairs has 4 twin beds,plus a half bath upstairs for convenience. The living room is spacious and has a TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher with dining room conveniently located off the kitchen. The yard has lots of room to play, BBQ, or enjoy the ping pong in lower level basement with windows and door to the back yard. No smoking or pets allowed in this immaculate and sweet home. Parking for 3 cars two average and one compact. Has outdoor security camera on front entry and back yard.

This is a well maintained property one block from the Prom. We spend Thanksgiving at the beach. This is the first home we have found that has seating at the dining table for everyone. There were beds for everyone and the single members of our party didn't have to share a bed. I would definitely return to this house.

The house states it was remodeled in 2019, it surely did not look like it. The house had an old musty smell to it. The property stated we could park in the garage however there was a note on garage door downstairs stating no parking in the garage. House very outdated.

great house, Should not say ocean view when its only a tiny section form upstairs that can be seen, very misleading. More that 1 fan should be provided especially when the house has been closed and it has no air. Houise very well equipped. enjoyed our stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. There was tons for our kids to do ajd stay busy while allowing down time for is parents. The arcade in the loft with the large TV was a unique feature and kept rhe little ones busy. Also, it was great to be able to walk on the promenade to downtown seaside where all the action was while leaving our cars parked at the house.

We loved the location of this house, just a block off the beach and close to the walkway into town. The house was comfortable and had a great assortment of games (video games included) to keep the young ones entertained on the rainy days.

This was a nice home for the value. Clean and well stocked. The firepit is nice. We enjoyed it while waiting to ring in the new year. The only complaint was the barbeque had no propane tank and was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I would recommend this house to others!

Loved this place! There was lots of room for me and my family beds are so comfortable! Everything was clean! Kitchen had everything you need to cook your meals! Erin, the host is so helpful, very patient she is a wonderful person to work with! And we have worked with her for two years Thank you, Erin we will stay again, We had a wonderful time in Seaside will be back! The Dickerson's

This is a great house. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, a short drive to downtown and had a great little fire pit out front to roast marshmallows as a family. Plenty of room. We will be back.

The property was spacious, easy to access, ^ excellent location for walking to the beach. There were 9 of us, & we had an excellent time. The one place where improvement is needed is in the kitchen on the inside shelves. Otherwise, we were very happy

Was a fast easy experience. Price was great compared to other places and the home was beautiful. House was 2 mins from the beach. Kids and hubby loved the arcade games upstairs. The jacuzzi was great after a day of walking. Absolutely zero complaints and we’re already planning on making this a yearly thing at this house because it was such a great experience.

Property was within an easy walk to the beach. Very roomy for a family of 10. Loved the big table for all of us to eat together. The kids (and adults) loved the arcade games and ping pong tables. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals and super comfy beds. Minor check in mixup but host took care of it immediately, great communication!!! Family wants this to be our yearly vacation spot!

The property was clean and the location was great. Kids loved the mini arcade games. The beds were comfy which is not something you always encounter with these types of rentals. I wish the bedrooms had black out curtains. During the summer it gets dark after 8pm, and bright around 6am. But that's a minor thing - we were able to put some blankets up to help with naps etc. Overall experience was great. They have a wonderful property management company and it shows.
