The location of this ground level, end unit, makes it the perfect vacation retreat. It is situated in Phase 3 of the popular gated Mesquite Country Club. Our guests enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets and majestic mountain views! This luxurious condo unit boasts a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and spacious en-suite, and the completely private guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom features its own adjacent bathroom. This condo is immaculately maintained and partially decorated with Tommy Bahama style designer furnishings. Beautiful ceramic tile covers the floors throughout the main living areas with vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms. The southwest-facing patio not only offers amazing views, but privacy and tranquility due to its orientation and location within the complex. The living room has a 42 inch flat screen HD TV, and in the master bedroom there is a 32 inch flat screen HD TV. Free enhanced cable is provided. High speed internet with WiFi is included, as well as free long distance telephone calls within the USA and Canada. The pool (one of 3 in this phase), spa, and tennis/pickleball courts are just steps away from the front entrance. The bicycle/walking path is nearby and there is ample covered parking available in front of the unit. Central air conditioning, gas barbeque grill, and full-sized washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Mesquite Country Club is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs and minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. You will be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including fine dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, water park, and riding the aerial tramway. You will also be in close proximity to all amenities including the public library, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more. The amusement parks of Los Angeles and the beaches of southern California are only a 2 hour drive away. Our condo is the ideal retreat for travelers looking for a private, relaxing, warm getaway. Darlene's place was ideally situated! Such a lovely view of the mountains from the patio, where we spent a lot of time. It was also walking distance to a grocery and CVS as well as some modest eateries. Not to close too downtown, but an easy drive. We were two married couples and the set up was great as the bedrooms are at opposite ends, so it felt like two private suites. We all love to cook, and the kitchen was nicely appointed with most of the equipment we needed.

The view from the front and the side patio is the best part of this condo. This includes an unobstructed view of the mountains and the natural landscaping. The natural landscaping may have once been the golf course and now is being reclaimed by nature. Walk ways for jogging, walking and bicycles run throughout the natural landscaping.
The condo itself is spacious, organized, nicely furnished, decorated with nice touches, bed in master is comfortable, kitchen is newish with all necessary equipment, bathrooms have been updated where needed.
The condo development is well maintained, lush landscaping and very quiet. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ten to fifteen minutes to downtown and about the same to the airport.
I recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Our stay at Darlene's condo was splendid! The unit was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the location couldn't be beat! We have stayed at various condos at Mesquite Country Club and hers was the nicest, by far. We would love to stay there again!

I don’t often write reviews but this condo definitely deserves one. The location is perfect, end unit with mountains view and lots of privacy. Newly remodeled and well equipped kitchen. Clean throughout. We were very happy with this condo and we will be back.

This property was perfect for an early winter getaway for my wife and I. We enjoyed the terrific mountains view as we soaked in the sun from the patio. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked, with a great location close to downtown. The property manager was very good to work with. We would not hesitate to stay again.

This was a great property. Easy, quick communication with the owner. Property manager in town was available but we never needed to contact them.

Best appointed condo we have ever stayed at. All the kitchen stuff you could want, waffle iron, Tupperware, acrylic plate-ware for outside… EVERYTHING!
Multiple pools/hot tubs to use, tennis courts just outside the door with Pickleball lines.
Wonderful location. Within walking distance to Starbucks, Bakery, donut shop, Ralph’s grocery and WAY more!

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The unit was very well equipped and the online photos are accurate.
There used to be a golf course along the back side of this property, however it is now a natural preserve. We enjoyed walking around this in the mornings, and people watching from the large deck of the condo.
The property is a close drive to all the shops and restaurants downtown, and close enough to the grocery store that you could walk.
There are three pools and all are clean and have lots of loungers. The only downside is that there are no umbrellas. There is also tennis courts and pickleball. We didn’t play either, but there were rackets in the unit that you could use.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this unit. It had a great layout and would be well suited for a family of four or two couples.

Great condo, spacious, all amenities, well kept grounds, multiple pools available, but disappointing view of the unkempt / no longer in use golf course. We had researched for a property on a golf course, so disappointed to find Mesquite golf course had been closed for some time.

Convenient to everything and secure!
If the golf course would have been in playing condition and open this condo would’ve been perfect! The condo is very clean, nicely furnished and so close to the ball fields, downtown, grocery stores, etc. And it’s an easy drive to all other towns near Palm Springs and the airport. Overall great experience in a gated, secure development. Loved the wildlife on the course.

Perfect stay
We had a wondeful time staying at Darlene’s condo. The view of the mountains is incredible and we enjoyed sitting outside as much as possible to soak it in. We are huge tennis lovers so having the courts so convenient was a plus. The condo was beautiful and pristine. It exceeded our expectations. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Unit was exactly as described. We arrived late at night. Got excellent directions to unit.
Only minor issue was the master bathroom bathtub stopper did not fully work.
Convenient to have washer and dryer.
Would stay in unit again.

Wonderful 2 bedroom condo
This is an attractive and spacious condo with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The patio sits on the golf course with a stunning view of the mountains beyond. The owner Darlene was flexible and a great commutator. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Mountain Views
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved sitting on the patio with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening and watching the golfers and looking at the beautiful mountains. The kitchen was new, clean and well stocked. Darlene and Diane were both very easy to work with. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Our Favorite Spot in Palm Springs
Darlene's condo was all we could have hoped for: easy check-in, well-appointed, clean, cozy, quiet, fast Internet, and in a fantastic location. And then there's the view we enjoyed every time we stepped out onto the patio - I'd say one of the best in Palm Springs. In short, we felt right at home and simply had a marvelous time. We look very much forward to renting the condo again.

From the time of booking until our departure, everything about this property is outstanding! The prompt responses from the owner and clear check-in process made out temporary home move-in a breeze. The location is nothing short of ideal and the views of the golf course and mountains always breath-taking, from sunrise to sunset.

We loved it so much we extended our stay 3 more days!
We loved Darlene’s condo in Palm Springs, and it’s the best location on the property! We had a beautiful walk-out patio and could watch the golfers and sunsets while we sipped margaritas. We played tennis in the courts nearby and swam in the pool and hot tub. I loved watching the road runners scoot by each morning on the path. It was the perfect place to work remote and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, or get take out and eat in. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms and two showers. I highly recommend this condo! We would love to come back again soon. Thank you Darlene!

BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEWS!
Darlene's place was a perfect getaway for our time in Palm Springs. The mountain view almost seems fake it is so stunning! We spent much of our time sitting on the patio taking in the views, watching golfers, walkers and bikers. We also enjoyed playing pickle ball and going on many fabulous mountain hikes both in the Palm Springs area and Joshua Tree National Park. The property was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. Downtown and grocery store are walkable distance. Can't wait to go back!
