Provided with all facilities for your well-being during your stay, it is an ideal place to discover the city afoot and have rest.

Check ins before 03:00pm are subject to the availability of the apartment.

The time of entry to the apartment can be done at any time of the day; from 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours.
Free check ins will be made during the hours of 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
For check ins from 10:00 pm to 00:00 a supplement of € 30 will apply
For check ins from 00:00 hours to 08:00am a supplement of € 50 will be applied.

Centrally located near the heart of the city, this stay offers the perfect balance of convenience and quiet—a peaceful spot for an afternoon siesta or a relaxing end to the day. The space was spotless and stocked with all the essentials, including a washer/ dryer combo. The space is just the right size for two guests. A safe is also available for added peace of mind. Roberto was a great host—friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout the stay.

Great location, close to attractions, restaurants, and a grocery store. Appreciated the option of the elevator.Our only issue was that the advertised safe was not available. If a safe is not important to you, we would highly recommend this property!

The apt is centrally located close to center of Madrid Sol and major attractions and is in excellent condition, newly renovated. The apt is on 4th floor but the building has an elevator which is convenient. The only thing we didn’t like is that the apt is facing a small courtyard and has no view of the city or street but on the plus side this makes it a quiet place away from all the city noise. Roberto was an excellent host and met us on arrival and explained everything.
