We had a wonderful stay until my son got sick and we had to leave a day early. The view was amazing! The couch and recliners were comfortable, but too hard to get up from because of how tall I am. We slept in the living room so we could hear the ocean waves. I don't like gas stoves, so we used the microwave. The TV system was difficult to figure out and didn't match the instructions.

The property was great overall! The hot tub was wonderful in the cold, rainy weather. We utilized the activity room and the gym a few times.There were,however, a few issues that would make the property better if fixed. The mattresses were extremely hard so we did not sleep very well. There were multiple remotes to use for the main tv and the instructions did not match with what was on the remote. We also were unable to access the premium channels that were listed on the guide that was provided. The guest bedroom tv would turn on but none of the remotes worked when trying to get to a show. There were supposed to be games and kites available in one of the closets but the front closets were inaccessible. We wouldn’t have cared about the tv’s or games if it hadn’t rained the entire time, but it did.

I go to the Coast in Lincoln City every year during the first week of October. This was a new property for us and it was outstanding!! We normally stay at the moonbreaker on Roads end, but prices doubled, and Maintenance went downhill. Surfs up had plenty of seating,, plenty of books and DVDs. The beds were king size and absolutely wonderful. We were very comfortable. The only thing we would’ve asked for was a closer beach access, other than that it was fantastic.

Property was nice. View of the Ocean tremendous. All the signs were mostly helpful, but some of them appeared negative in nature and made us not want to use certain features such as not tub. Also, there seemed to be a disconnect with the manager. He showed up on Friday afternoon to tell me the owner was having a new refrigerator delivered, but it turned out it was a repairman after I had unloaded all the contents.

Check in was smooth and the condo is nicely equipped and has all the modern furnishings and appliances. We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub and fantastic use of the ocean/beach. Since this is a ground-floor unit (#4), and because there’s a common area looking out toward the ocean, we constantly watched people walking back-and-forth while we sat in the hot tub; so not much privacy in that respect. But during our stay, we had to do a bit of work, and were pleasantly surprised at the strength/speed of the Wi-Fi connection. Never used the fitness room or pool. Facility is very clean and well-kept. Garbage dumpsters are immaculate and nicely hidden from view. Because of its location, the building is an easy but lengthy walk down to the beach with many stairs. Parking was a bit of an issue - there is street and underground parking (watch the very-low clearance) and a few outdoor spaces available, but because this was a busy holiday weekend, finding a space close to the building was challenging. Overall, an excellent place to stay for our visit. Will definitely come back. Loved our time there.

This was the nicest condo that I have ever stayed in Furniture was very comfortable Loved that it had 2 recliners. Owners thoughts of everything you woukd possibly need Nicely decorated. Easy access from the underground parking. Beautiful view of the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful property. Very clean and everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with Mom. The power chair was real bonus. Beds were comfortable. View of the tide pools cannot be beat. It was just an exceptional weekend!

Great View. Condo looks exactly as pictured. Terrible internet that you can’t even use in the living room where the modem is. Connects for a second but you cannot load anything if you are using your phone for anything, which is awful because there is also no phone service. Internet needs to be upgraded or fixed immediately. Also shower in master is not draining. Also the condo cleaner left her cellphone and had to come back to get it which was super awkward and weird.

Overall, we had a great time. The weather was amazing. I have one complaint and it isn't about the condo itself but about the garbage service. We went to empty our trash into the trash receptacles on the property and all the dumpsters were full-to-overflowing. There are definitely NOT enough garbage dumpsters for all 36 units. If they can't fit more, then they should pick it up more than once a week. Thanks

The view is fantastic. Home had all the supplies we needed to prepare our meals and enjoy the beach. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit. Coming back next year.

My elderly mother and my 6 month old both loved the accessibility of the unit (on the main level near handicapped parking). Spectacular views and a very clean home with all of the amenities you’d expect. Enjoyed the hot tub, and having a blast from the past watching some old DVDs. The only downfall is that although this is listed as accessible, access to the walk in shower is nearly impossible with a walker and there are no grab bars. It was kind of unclear from the pictures but we were able to make it work nonetheless.

My friend and I were very pleased with the amenities, cleanliness, decor, location and thoughtful extras, from fleece throws to several beach towels for use in the spa to cozy bedding. Jan and I (Linda) hope to have the opportunity to return again to this unit! Having driven over from Eastern Oregon and leaving snow behind, it was the perfect opportunity for Linda to relax and rejuvenate!

We were really happy with our stay in this house. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a perfect way to enjoy the beach. Loved that getting down to the beach was easy and convenient. We're already talking about coming back. This is where we want to be when we're in Lincoln City!

It was a good stay overall. The key pad PIN number was incorrect from what they had sent me to check in. I had to call several times finally got through and was given the correct one. The dryer didn’t work either came home with a bag full of wet clothes. It was a great location close yo everything. Will probably stay again.

We wanted a quick family weekend away and stumbled upon this listing for the property.
When we first arrived and opened the door my kids squealed with excitement! It was a beautiful, cozy place better then we pictured!
The hot tub wasn’t working and so I sent an email to which I immediately got a response and someone came out to address the problem in record time, on a Saturday night!
It was clean, cozy and fun! The view was breathtaking. We will be staying there again!

Loved this place and can’t wait to stay here again! It was a perfect, much needed getaway for us! View was spectacular and enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio, soaking in the hot tub watching the stars and late night chats by the cozy fire! It was quiet and cozy. The patio hot tub wasn't that powerful and the indoor sauna was closed. But the condo was neat and great great views. It was well kept and clean. Parking was very compact in the under garage.
