We have vacationed on Manasota Key multiple times, but this was our first stay at this property. This condo is appointed with everything….and I mean EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. Since we were flying for this trip, I was somewhat concerned about not having beach chairs and an umbrella, as those items were not listed with the unit’s amenities, but the owner has a locked storage space in the parking area with 6 quality chairs, a sturdy umbrella and assorted beach toys/floats. The condo also comes with plenty of beach towels, a small cooler, playing cards, board games, books and many more of the “little things” that can save you a trip to the store. Pack your clothes, toiletries, swimsuits & sunscreen and you’ll be all set!

We stayed for the month of January 2023. Condo is beautiful and has everything you would need. We loved having an elevator and cart that made it so easy to move things from our car to the condo. The beach is right there and so relaxing. Island Realty was amazing too!

Nice condo, steps away from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Even though the pool is between the 2 buildings it gets sun for most of the afternoon. Would stay again.

There were several of my relatives staying on Manasota Key at the same time I was at the condo. Eight at the resort next door, 4 in a duplex about 1/4 miles away and 4 in a small house on the beach. The condo was voted the nicest place. I was amazed and how much was provided. Everything you needed except food and clothes. We will definitely stay there again.

We recently spent a week at this beautiful condo on Barefoot Beach. It was easily the best accommodations we have had for any vacation. The unit is spacious, bright, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The three bedrooms offer sleeping options for any group of six including children. The beds are very comfortable as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. Easy beach access with tons of shark teeth and beautiful shells just waiting for you! The elevator is a nice touch when moving in and out. Definitely a return destination vacation spot!

I recently stayed at this lovely condo, located just steps from the beach. The spacious three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of room to accommodate a family or adult guests. This fully furnished condo is equipped with plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen utensils. Also included are new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, beach chairs, and cleaning supplies. I found that the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. This condo has it all! I would not hesitate to book another vacation at this great condo unit.

We had the opportunity to stay at this extremely lovely condo on Barefoot Beach recently. It was bright, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated!! This three bedroom suite really caters nicely to guests looking for multiple bedroom accommodations, offering privacy and space for all. This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed at in FL in the 10 years we have been coming. The condo is equipped with everything a guest would need during their stay! We would recomend this unit to anyone looking for a perfect place to enjoy the beach, pool, nearby golf, good restaurants and lots of water. This place is superb!!!

This place has it all! After a long day of travel we finally arrived about 10:00 p.m. and opened the doors to this AMAZING condo! The beds were so comfy, nice to have after our hectic travel day. Everything is so new and so clean! It was refreshing to not have to worry about kitchen items...they had it all. This condo is the perfect size...very spacious! The kids loved the pool and also finding sharks teeth on the beach...everyone said it was a great place to find teeth, I just couldn't believe how many we found. They are a short walk to amazing restaurants and bars with entertainment...we will be back next year for sure!
