Its spectacular and breathtaking. Waking up in the morning opening your door right onto this beautiful beach is one of the most satisfying feelings that you have arrived in paradise. The apartment has extra large windows where you never lose sight of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and we have new comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, a lot of rental apt.'s don't offer. Being on the West coast of Florida you have the most spectacular sunsets, beautiful and enchanting. The most ideal temperature and weather for anything that you could wish to do in this charming and elegant key. Even in the summer, yes it's hot! in Florida, but not on the beach, enjoy everyday cool on~shore~breezes and swim in refreshing and invigorating Gulf of Mexico waters. Manasota Key, Englewood beach you can take long walks on the beach to the State Park Seabird sanctuary or simply walk or drive to get a little city life if you choose, there's everything here you can imagine. Just sitting outside sunning yourself and watching the parade of dolphins that go by daily or the best fishing and golfing, we have 4 bikes for you to use to see this beautiful area. We request that for your protection to have renters insurance, we will not be responsible for any of your personal property and it is up to you to act in a safe/sober and prudent manner. At no time are you allowed to have any parties, loud music, or take anything from any other apt. areas without permission, and no more guest than you have originally sent in your email or you could forfeit a portion or all of your deposit. We request you leave the apt. the way you found it, if any thing is missing we will deduct this from your deposit. Explicit Approval, Permission & or Rental Contract by Landlord, Rental Mgr. or Partners of LLC needed for any rental stays longer than 30 days. No verbal or AI contracts can apply. If you have a pet please inquire, read pet guidelines and the Beach House information Booklet. Pets: your are at all times responsible for controlling your pet inside and outside of the apt. and outside of the property, it is the law that your pet be must be leashed when outside the apt. and that you clean up after that pet and keep barking to a minimum. Pet Guidelines please read over and adhere to these Guidelines as they are tied into your deposit. 1. at NO times are pets ever allowed on the furniture or beds. 2. when outside your pet must be leashed at all times Fla. There is everything you need here, spices, all utensils, anything you can think of needing. The backyard on the beach is set up with chairs, loungers and umbrellas enough for everyone. You can’t beat stepping out your door right onto the beach!

This was our second visit to this little piece of heaven on the beach. It’s the perfect place to enjoy swimming in the ocean, searching for sea shells or just relaxing and taking in all the beautiful views & sunsets. Restaurants and live music are close by, but the kitchen is very well equipped if you’re in to cooking your own means. Check in is simple and Neal is easy to get a hold of and full of information on what you can do in the area. You can’t go wrong with this place. Beds are very comfy and the place sparkles. We had a wonderful stay. Neal was always available to answer questions. This property is well maintained and you can see how much pride Neal takes in his home and wanting to provide a great experience. The home had everything we needed and you can beat the private beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

We are "repeat" renters of this particular beach house because we can count on our needs & desires being met! You cannot beat the view and distance to the beach and restaurants! We really enjoy coming here every year. Thanksgiving, and a week in May sometime. There's nothing here not to enjoy. This year the red tide was bad but we can't do anything about mother nature. Sunsets were still beautiful. Neal is a great host.

We loved our stay at this property. Had everything we need and was the perfect size for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a small dog. Location is right on the beach, just couldn't beat that. Inside had everything that we needed and was big enough where we all weren't right on top of each other. Friendly and accommodating property owner. Would definitely stay again.

Neal was an awesome host and was waiting for us when we arrived with a smile! The property was immaculate with amazing ocean vista views and literally steps from the beach. The location was spot on-minutes from Stump Pass Beach and just over a mile from ALL the restaurants in town- Stumpys golf carts pick you up in front of your unit within minutes and run most of the day.
The unit is a 2 BR 2BA with lots of room and we literally didn't even use the huge living room area-the indoor lanai had awesome views where we had breakfast and lunch. Neal had chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas set up outside and the breeze was incredible from the ocean-we sat about 4 steps above the actual beach which gave even better views. We shelled, sat back swam in the water and had the BEST sunset view from this location. Nice to be away from all the crowds as Neal has 55 feet of PRIVATE Beach that no one can use but his renters. I will DEFINITELY come back! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Relaxing location with views to die for!
We are "repeat" tenants once we got spoiled from Neal's hospitality 4 years ago. His beach house is perfectly set up for your arrival. Literally only need your clothes and toothbrush! And I cannot say enough how spotless & clean the house is each & every time! We love the location of this property as well. It is pivotal to so many other places to visit and it's roughly 20-30 minutes anywhere else you may want to explore. The restaurants are all good eating and the golf cart taxis are wonderful to use, rather than taking your car & getting it parked.
