Many of fish have been caught off this dock and you will find a handy Fish Cleaning Table begging to be used! There is also a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment on the property should you have additional guests. Please inquire as to monthly and weekly rates. You are also walking distance from 5 local restaurants and only minutes from shopping, Grocery Stores and Hospitals.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House is as per described online. We checked in late and Lori was very nice to leave the lights on for us. Very easy to find the house. Pool is heated and ready for us to jump in. Everything is great. We will recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in Manasota Key. Lori is great to communicate with. The house is Close to the beach, just cross the street. Few blocks to the Waverly Restaurant, Lock ‘N Key Restaurant, and Sand Bar. If you dont want to walk, Lori shared a phone number for a golf cart transportation that you can call, they will pick you up. We didnt use this service because we like to walk. But this service is a plus. Thank you Lori for the hospitality and we will come back when we are going to Manasota Key again in the future.

Great place to stay on the intercoastal and only steps to the beach! Our teenagers loved fishing off the dock (get live shrimp) and the private pool. The house was clean, you were walking distance to many restaurants/bars, and at least this time of year, the area was not crowded. My only suggestions would be to possibly have a queen bed or two in the second bedroom (or a pull out couch in the LR), and provide a cooler, beach bag, and updated beach chairs.

We enjoyed our last minute Labor Day getaway at this cute little Manasota Key home. After a day at the beach the private pool was a huge plus! It is a short walk to the beach and the chairs and towels provided were a nice touch. Hope to return!

We enjoyed everything this place had to offer. Water access to Lemon Bay, short walk to the beach and a pool to just chill by! Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Lori was a great host and was very responsive to all our needs. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for sharing your place!

We just spent a short week here and what a wonderful place! We took our boat and this Bayfront home with dock was perfect! Plenty of space for our 25' boat. The house was outstanding, it is completely furnished, just stop at Publix and load up on food. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable, it truly was too our whole groups liking, the grandkids lived in the pool and if you don't feel like cooking you can call one of the local restaurant and they'll send a golf cart for you and take you home when you done eating or playing! This place I rate a 5star plus! Great place and we are already talking about a return trip. Nice quiet piece of West Coast of Florida! Lots to enjoy and do or just get lazy and sit on the dock and watch the birds and fish and swim in the pool! Great value Ken D.

Our Family vacation was awesome! Couldn’t ask for better location you have the bay on one side so we could keep our boat and dock for the kids to fish off of. And the beautiful Manasota Beach on the other side. The house was so clean and fully stocked. We cooked almost every night because it was so comfortable and relaxing. The pool area is where we lived day and night, it’s really amazing. And the owner is very nice and available if you need anything at all. Can’t wait to stay a month next time!! T. Norris

The perfect rental. Very well kept and has everything you need for a beach getaway. The pool is a great way to beat the heat. Having the ability to bring our boat and dock it at the house is key to out trips. Easy access to restaurants, sandbars, fishing, and sightseeing. See you next year Lori!

My stay was only four short nights...I didn't want it to end! The home, pool, and dock (and boat lift) were great for all the family activities we had planned. The home was well equipped, the pool was refreshing (and heated, which was wonderful after those afternoon rains, for my mostly Florida native family), the fishing (snook, snapper, sheepshead) and watching the wildlife while out on the dock was great! And I can't say enough about the beautiful sunrises and how attentive Lori was to our needs and a resolving a few quirks we ran into. The beach was a bit of a bummer with the remnants of the red tide (ie. no respiratory issues but some small dead fish), but it seems the area is recovering well. I would highly recommend this home for families and/or for the fisherman.

Loved the house and private pool. Very clean and well kept. Lori is great and very accommodating. Red tide was a bummer but grateful to have the pool. My dog might have stayed forever if he could. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this lovely home for several years now. The home is well maintained and as always very comfortable. Anything needed for a vacation get a away (other than food and personal items) is provided. We love being there and truly feel like it is our home away from home.

We absolutely love this property and have been returning to it each summer for several years. The pool area is great, access to the beach is easy, and the location allows for easy access to great fishing. The house is very well maintained and cleaned. The owner lives locally and is a fantastic person. I would highly recommend renting this home.

Had a bad weather week, but still had a great vacation. The boat dock and pool areas were exceptional. The home is older, however it remodeled and well maintained. We hope to return in a few months.

Like the title says, no need to look any further. Perfect and reasonably priced home to stay for all your fishing needs; dock with auto lift, electricity, lighting, cleaning station with water hose and yards away is the pool enclosed home to cool off after long day of fishing! Minutes from Stump Pass Marina for your fishing needs, easy access to the pass, minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. The house very clean and equipped with all your needs as if it was your own home. 5 minute walking distance to see the beautiful sunsets each evening on the beach. Besides having the home, right behind is a 4 Apt bldg that she can rent out if you have quests like we did. Lori, the owner was very helpful in providing all the answers to any questions that we had before arriving. Will definitely be back next year! Thanks Lori for having such a wonderful home and place to stay, The White Family =]
